i live 8 blocks away from a place that, according to instagram posts, has: amazing cookies, is open till 2 am, and delivers! night owl cookie co was opened by a guy in 2012 who seems to be running this entire operation out of his home kitchen.
when i called in, i was surprised to hear the whole biz was run off a cell phone… sweeet! the chick was rly nice but told me the wait time on 8 cookies (ave maria, cin.toast.crunch, choco chip, coco puff, dulce de leche, baked hot cocoa, triple chocolate chunk, and smores) was 2 hours. not sweet! even though I offered to pick up, the wait would be the same.
anyway, I ordered the cookies at 934pm on a Saturday night and when they finally arrived, it was 1147pm. the delivery dude was polite and even commented on how the cookies were fresh out of the oven. «yeah, w/​e. just gimme my food!» I thought and then i gave him the $ 19 bucks they had mentioned on the phone. idk why they say the cookies are $ 1.75… I’m no mathematician but I know $ 1.75×8= $ 14… I threw in a 4 dollar tip to round off the bill to 23 bucks… that’s now $ 2.86/cookie delivered to your door– not bad for Miami.
the cookies arrived large, warm, and moist. packaged inside of a generic white pastry box with clear viewing window on top so you can see the cookies inside.
I’ve got to be honest. I wasn’t sure what to expect out of this place. miami is inundated with subpar overhyped crap that I assumed this would be nothing different. reading the menu, I saw old childhood favorites: cereals and candies and other random sh*t… I pictured a house-​mom in her house-​kitchen hunched over her ipad reading her paula dean choco chip recipe. when drunkenly, she takes advice from her insubordinate 4 year old in a desperate attempt to get him to stfu. she later decides, «F it! I’m posting these beauties on pinterest and taking them to Girls Night In!» The next thing you know, Jackie Nespral and Rick Sanchez are eating ‘em on 7’s Deco Drive“
I wasn’t entirely right.
The cookies I ordered were basically all the same– with the exception of the triple chocolate chunk and the baked hot cocoa– they were slight variations on the standard choco chip dough. understandably, the kitchen must be small and I imagine the guy needs to speed up the baking and prep process so he may have applied some pizzeria like practices. particularly, the idea of having one dough and many toppings.
the cookies taste fine. they really are a’ight and i enjoyed them just fine. they are high in butter and sugar and chocolate… rly, how can u F that up? I believe they could improve in several ways to be awesome. packaging was fine but they could add a tissue liner to keep the bottom of the box from looking so greasy. i would like to see white wheat, butter, egg, and sugar alternatives. how about some oatmeal or some cookies aimed at a more adult palate? or cookies for people with diabetes or caeliac disease? how about some more natural toppings instead of all the processed candy and cereal toppings? a nutrition label wouldn’t kill ya!
I think this is a great start for Andrew G. Keep improving and I’ll check back when you and the menu options «grow up».

Amazing! These cookies are the best cookies I’ve have ever had. If you have never ordered then you are missing out! My favorite is theAve Maria cookie. To say that it is delicious is an understatement.

ive been wanting to try these cookies for a really long time. and this past weekend i finally made it a point to get them!
we ordered at 740 pm and they arrived just shy of 10 pm. so it was over 2 hours but the cookies arrived piping hot, i would even say they were still baking in the box, thats how fresh out of the oven they were.
the guy who took my order was nice and so was the delivery guy. my zip code had a 10 cookie min order which came out to about 20 bucks.
the cookies were delicious. we tried chocolate chip, sugar, hot cocoa, nutella, caramel pretzel, and ave maria. seriously they were all really good. i cannot pick a favorite.
my only gripe is the hours and long waits. if they would at least start accepting orders before 7pm, so you can guarantee delivery at earlier times that would be way better for us «older» folks who have careers and kids and are not up till 2 am.

Made my order and in about 45 minutes I was already meeting up with the delivery guy at one of there meet and pick up locations.
The cookie filled my car with such a heavenly aroma. My mouth started watering.

Night owl cookie and i absolutely looooove them!!! They do have very long wait times… I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes but they are totally worth the wait! The cookies arrived just within the time frame given and nice and warm! They are also reasonably priced in my opinion.
The phone operators are very nice and attentive. I had the salty caramel and my fave the Ave Maria (guava) and it was everything! I would just recommended ordering your cookies a few hours before dessert time and you’ll be just fine.

If it’s late at night, and you’re looking for something sweet, this is defiantly the place to call.
besides the fact that the cookies take around an hour to get to your house it is well worth it when the delivery guy comes at your door and when you grab the box the cookies are still warm. they’re all delicious.

Heard about this company and as soon as I found out that it was owned by a young entrepreneur who Unilocal,I knew I had to order some.
From the beginning everything went great.
The man who answered the phone and took my order was very helpful and descriptive of the cookies. The fact that he was able to help my indecisive self to pick eight cookies under 20 minutes was great.
Basically I got a box of 8 cookies, with delivery included for $ 21 dollars. I was actually extremely impressed with the prices.
The box arrived warm and fresh.
Delivery took an hour and a half but it was well worth it. My delivery driver was fantastic very friendly.
*dear night owl congrats on your success I wish you the best, and as for me. You’ve gained a life time loyal costumer.
I am looking forward for the next excuse to order cookies from here.

If you don’t want to go through the hassle of making and baking cookies then this is the place you want them from. They deliver to your home or business!
It’s a company that’s run by a former FIU student. He makes several different types of cookies which you can find on his website. There is a minimum order for delivery but is so worth it. I have tried and sampled several varieties of cookies and they were all Delicious!

I have heard that these cookies where awesime, so in Tuesday I had my grandaughter over my house and decided to order these cookies, oh my gosh they are delish, I don’t have the words to describe how good the cookies are, and how nice the guy that answered the phone was and the guy that delivered the cookies, 8 recommend these cookies to everyone, cause they are fresh, you get them hot and very presentable, love you night owl cookie co.

Just tried Night Owl Cookies for the first time tonight, all I can say right now is that my boyfriend and I are in a cookie coma! We tried to sample all 10 we ordered but only tried maybe half, very delicious and filling! But atleast we have more for tomorrow :)

Ave Maria and cinnamon toast crunch are my favorite cookies to order from Night Owl, which DELIVERS cookies, even late at night. The cookies are bit pricey (a dozen cookies for about $ 26), but they arrive warm and fresh and are YUMMY!

These cookies are by far the best cookies I have ever had! Delicious and delivered fresh and warm!
My only complaint: we ordered our cookies at about 10:30pm and didn’t receive them until almost 2am! Granted, the wait was worth it!
I have a suggestion though… My husband and I recently discovered an ap called «Postmates» where the people order and pick up your food and take it to you. Maybe partnering with them will speed up the delivery time!
Besides that, I can’t wait until they open up their bakery! :D

That’s right — delivery cookies. Late at night. WARM and FRESH. Are you dreaming? No – this is real life.
I’ve tried several different types of cookies and if you had to ask me which is my favorite, it would be nearly impossible. They’re all SO good. But since I’m a chocolate addict, I’d have to say the Nutella and the triple chocolate chunk are my top 2. Yummmm.
I ordered for my family and they were all raving about the cookies for days. They are very large and rich, but do not underestimate your ability to eat them in one sitting. I did it, and you can too.
So when that late night hunger kicks in, give them a hoot. You will not regret it.

If your in serious need for something sweet, ordering from here is a MUST. When i first thought about ordering from here i didn’t see myself doing it more than once because i thought that it was overpriced but when i got to see the cookies in person, the pictures in my opinion dont do them justice. The cookies are HUGE! We ordered 10 cookies and they last us about 3 days. My favorites were the ave maria and the cinnamon toast crunch, they were amazing! I tell everyone that they have to try these guys at least once especially if they have a big sweet tooth.

We ordered Night owl cookies on Wednesday night. I called and placed an order and was told the cookies should arrive within 45 min but then I called and added some more cookies and was told it would delay my order by 15 minutes. Sure enough exactly an hour later our cookies had arrivied.
We ordered salted caramel, oreo, ave maria, cheesecake, Fruity pebbles (forgot the name), Heath, nutella and regular chocolate chip. They were all delicious! OREO was the crowd favorite. I gave some to my son’s teachers the next day for a back to school Welcome. They really enjoyed them as well.

I had very high expectations for these cookies man only because of all the hype they have on Instagram and quite frankly their pictures make them seem utterly and ridiculously appealing. I called around 7:30 a young man very politely answered and graciously placed my order for 12 cookies with came out to $ 26 dollars and some change. I thought it was rather pricey for cookies but I’ve been really curious to try them so I said why not? My sister cousin and I drove out to one of their meet up spots to pick them up because we are too far out from their delivery radius. The young man who dropped off the cookies was also very polite and didn’t make us wait to receive our cookies. I was surprised to see that the box they came in were still warm! When we got home we whipped a gallon of milk and dug in. Now seeing as how I had these high expectations for these cookies I was somewhat disappointed.
Ave Maria– this cookie was good. No complaints here and I’m not even a guava fan but all three of us really enjoyed this one.
Goodnight kiss– this one was disappointing because it we expected a caramel laden cookie but instead we got a regular chocolate chip cookie with a bit of caramel drizzled on top. It was good but nothing amazing.
Cheesecake-​this one was one that I was really excited for since cheesecake is my ultimate weakness. I expected more of a cheesecake flavor but it wasnt there at all. Again it tasted like a chocolate chip cookie would taste with graham cracker crumbs on top. Not saying it wasn’t good but not exactly cheesecake flavored.
Smores-​this was another one with high expectations. It was tasty sure but the typical smores flair was lacking. If it had a bit more marshmallow to it then maybe that could give it that extra boost.
Dulce de leche– This one really let me sister down. She’s a huge dulce de leche fan and this one was really a chocolate chip cookie with toppings. This cookie would’ve been perfect had the dulce de leche flavor been incorporated into the cookie instead just being drizzled on top.
Cinnamon toast crunch– now this one I love. I have zero complaints about this one leave it as is! The cinnamon is present without being overwhelming and the cereal compliments very nicely. Loved it
Rainbow over bedrock and pot of gold– these were the same to me. It was a regular chocolate chip cookie with fruity pebbles or lucky charms sprinkled on top. Nothing fancy but still these were ok but I wouldn’t miss them if I couldn’t have these again.
All in all they were tasty cookies but I was expecting to be wow and I wasn’t. For that reason I’ll give them fours stars instead of three because three stars I think would make them close to less than average. These cookies are yummy sure, they taste better than say a publix cookie but I would hesitate to call them amazing.

The cookies are good cookies but I feel a bit disappointed. I guess I had real high expectations. They’re above average no doubt but they definitely look better than they taste. They all share the SAME base batter and are white chocolate chip/​milk chocolate chip based. They have a really good base batter but they literally add toppings on top of the cookies to make it a different cookie. Adding cereal and drizzle on top of cookies makes them look awesome but it’s actually extremely simple (and thus a bit disappointing).
–Ave Maria is the best cookie I tried. That’s one that I’d eat order again.
–There were two cookies that were lackluster… the Good Night Kiss and Dulce De Leche. My cousin was soooo dissapointed in these, they didn’t live up to the description. Ducle de leche was not filled with gooey caramel as described, just drizzled on top.
I was wavering between giving Night OWl 3 or 4 stars… I opted for the 4 star rating bc I normally give 3 stars to AVERAGE places. I do think the cookies are above average, but at 1.75 per cookie idk if I’d become a regular. They are good satisfying cookies though.

What an experience! Honestly, I didn’t believe that any cookie would be worth the price or the wait, but boy was I wrong. I ordered around 8:45pm and received my cookies around 10:45pm, and the box was still warm. They do not deliver all over Miami, but more towards the West side of Miami. I had mine delivered in Sweetwater. They have a minimum order of 8 cookies.
I ordered the cheesecake, nutella, dulce de leche, cookies and cream, and cinnamon toast crunch cookies. They were all delicious! From the cookies that I ordered, every cookie was thicker than the average cookie, except the nutella which was pretty flat, but still delicious!
This is my newest obsession. I will definitely order again!

I can’t believe it took me this long to find out about this! Sis came over yesterday and we ended up ordering some late night snacks.
We tried the following flavors:
–chocolate chip (my fav, I’m simple)
–rice krispies (not impressed)
–Oreo (yum)
–birthday cake (my son loved it)
–peanut butter (good)
–guava (good)
–cheesecake (good)
Definitely ordering again another day to try other flavors!

I couldn’t wait to order from the Night Owl Cookie Co after seeing tons of pictures on Instagram. At first I had some issues figuring out basic info on their website, such as price, minimum number to order, and delivery fees. I decided to call, but it went to voicemail on the first try. Then I called a few minutes later and got an answer. The guy was very friendly and answered all my questions right away. Each cookie is $ 1.75 and they require a minimum order of 8 cookies.
Since I can’t put a price on a cookie, I didn’t mind shelling out $ 20 for a box. I was just so darn excited to try these! When I first opened the box, the chocolatey smell filled the room. I wanted to try them all! So because they didn’t all fit in my mouth at once, I cut the first cookie into 4 pieces and took a sliver. Ooey, gooey, delicious! It was so warm and chewy… I loved it! The next sliver. just as warm and chewy, but it tasted just like the first. At this point it didn’t matter that I couldn’t figure out which cookie I was biting into. I’m disappointed to say the flavor expectation was not met. I’ve tried some pretty amazing cookies in the past, and these do not measure up.
I do, however, give them props for their business concept. I love the fact that you can have freshly baked cookies delivered to your door. The texture is amazing and the chewy factor is definitely there. So glad I tried them, but at the same time, I will not be ordering a box every week (as I hoped I would). I’ll save the carbs!
