Rocky Stein has a wide ranging background in investment banking, research and portfolio management. He began his career in 1984 working at Prudential Securities and Thomson McKinnon Securities and later became a partner at First Equity Corporation a regional investment banking firm that specialized in public and private offerings for small and medium size companies. Mr. Stein has also served as the Executive Director of SGC where he headed the Institutional Equities Division. There he supervised Research, Sales, Trading, and Investment Banking.

Today, Stein is the Chief Executive Officer of Nextwave Enterprises, LLC. Founded in 2010, Nextwave Enterprises, LLC has become one of the leading Direct Funding Companies in the industry under Rockys’ guidance. He still holds the Series 7 license, known as the general securities representative (GS) license, the series 24 license (General Securities Principal), and the Series 63 license, known as the Uniform Securities Agent license.
