I have ordered online from this company for several years and have been very pleased. I was in Miami this week and decided to drop by. The place is really amazing. Neptune is yet another great Miami tobacconists. With a warm atmosphere, extensive selection and great prices what more could you ask for. Neptune also had a nice size lounge area and the people were all very friendly. This is the second largest cigar selection I have seen and only surpassed by the massive Corona Cigar Stores in Orlando. The quality felt higher end than Corona for some reason. After walking the many aisles I picked up a handful of Ashton ESG’s, Padron 1964’s and Casa Fernandez Miami Reservas.
This store is convenient to areas like Coconut Grove, Pinecrest and Coral Gables. Life doesn’t get much better than a pan con lechon from Malanga Café then a short drive down the S Dixie for a premium cigar at Neptune.

My go to place in South Florida. Huge selection. Each brand of cigar has an information label in front of the box with information on the cigar, the rating it received, and the flavor profile of the stick. The staff is very nice and always helpful. Love this superstore!

British guy, just popped in to pick up some cigar and was really taken care of by the chap behind the counter who really took time to hear what I’d smoked before, size and flavour and made some excellent recommendations. Stayed and smoked a stick in the lounge which had free wifi. If ever in Miami I will be returning, the cigars here were a third of the price of London.

During my first visit to Southern Florida, I made it a point to stop at every tobacconist I could find and Neptune was hands down the best. I only wish I had the chance to visit the Fort Lauderdale location as well!

Very competitive prices. Huge selection. They run an online business and you can pick up your order in store as well. Great events and cigar sampler specials as well. Here you don’t have to haggle over price because everything is reasonable. Staff is very friendly, and a nice crowd comes in as well.

I only buy my cigars online due to the abusive prices in cigar store here in miami, i ordered a few times from their website in the past and have always been satisfied with the products and services. I m so glad they opened this cigar store in Miami, you have a huge selection (same as online) and they also have the same prices (the lowest you can find online and/​or here in miami). I m not really a social cigar smoker, i usually buy my stogies and enjoy them in my patio in the evening. Neptune is the only place where you can smoke a cigar in the lounge without feeling like a stranger… Most cigar bar in Miami have their own group and if you’re not part of the group, they make you feel it!!! That’s one of the reason I usually buy my cigars online. Only problem with Neptune is their parking space in the front (only 4) but you can park in the back of the building.

I don’t understand why, this place closes so early, 9:00 pm, and out ya go. The have a very good selection, and a fairly comfortable lounge. But, we were rushed out, Hey it’s just business I tell myself, and there will be another one there in the future!

One of the largest cigar shops in Miami. I was one of their first customers, and the owner Chris was happy to walk up to greet me and show me the store. The prices are great for the area, and the number of brands is tremendous. They have some drinks available and some expresso. I wish they had better seating in the lounge though. The large chairs and table are comfortable but they make people have to yell to hear each other. Then the high tops make you feel like second class citizens. The selection more leans toward the lower end with most of the real high end lacking. But overall this place is excellent for an everyday smoke.
