I had been living with lower back pain for years. As an ex athlete the pain I felt during and after training was frustrating. After just a few MAT sessions I couldn’t believe the difference it made with my back pain. Not only did I feel pain-​free but I also began to feel stronger. There’s no better place in Miami to get treated and still be able to train like an elite athlete. Big things to MYOCORTEX!

After straining my knee during a workout at another gym, the pain I was experiencing was unbearable. My range of motion was extremely limited. I decided to visit Myocortex to check out their Muscle activation technique (MAT) treatment system. I knew that this would be the only way to get to the root of the problem. The team at Myocortex determined the muscular imbalance and have really helped increase my range of motion. MAT is not an overnight fix. It’s a process. But I really love the attention and care I receive at this facility. I highly recommend them.

Started going here soon after they opened — completely different from every other place i’ve trained. Not only did they diagnose my knee issues but explained why I was getting the pain and then worked to get me back to a pain free — competition level. There is a huge focus on doing things the right way and the best part is Rob and Courtney explain the things they have me doing. Good to get in a place and not just push weight but have the science of what you’re doing explained to you. Love the new studio too! Have some equipment you won’t see ANYWHERE else!
