I go to Jessica all the time but I need my eyebrows done she has been the best down south that I’ve been to she takes her time and doing my eyebrows and at the end of the day I love how my Eyebrows come out. I will continue to go to Jessica

The young woman who owns and runs the business, Jessica could use a few lessons in professionalism. Her skills are fair but she has poor mannerisms, giving a less than desirable experience.
Pros: The location is convenient for those in the south Miami area. It is located in a new built shopping center.
Cons: While age isn’t always a factor when determining ones maturity level, it’s sadly evident within this business. The owner is about 21 years of age I would say. Unless you are a high school acquaintance she is very hasty, short and unwelcoming while doing your brows.
She didn’t even comb out my brows before threading and cutting them! She simply used her finger to smudge them out. unacceptable!
(Needless to say, my eyebrows look a bloody mess)
She gazed out of the window, gave no sincerity in her services, and does not ask the client how they feel about the results to ensure costumer satisfaction.
I have visited the salon a number of times. She is on her phone several times in the middle of service, does not communicate very well, and overall lacks the maturity to run a successful business. Overall and unfortunately I have had multiple lackluster experiences, very sorry to say.
