Went to fix my iPhone screen and did not last more than a week. I went back to the store to repair and there was no warranty. They were rude and did not seem to care about their customers. They’re answer was «I cannot relate to you because I’ve never dropped my phone». Seriously? Everyone drops their phone.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Got my iPad’s cracked screen repaired here via a Groupon deal. The price was very reasonable agaisnt competitors and the repair time was average. It was returned to me with a non-​responsive lower right screen, but when I called the shop, they asked for me to bring it back. With a Groupon deal, I normally a expect a «you get what you pay for,» response, but I was elated to see that wasn’t the case.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE! Total scumbag owner with completely incompetent staff of technicians. They blew up my motherboard on my iPhone 4s after i gave it to them to just fix the earpiece. Then the owner lied to me and said it was just a software problem which judging from the white numbers screaming across the black screen it certainly was not a software problem. He refused to refund my money and dodged my follow-​up calls!

Got a groupon to change my iPhone 4s screen. Service was really fast. It took them around 25 min to change de screen. The clerk doesn’t have the best social skills I guess but does the job.

I, like many others posting reviews, had purchased the living social deal to get my iPhone screen repaired. I have to say the experience was very positive! They had the screen fixed in a hour — no fuss or nonsense.

Had some problems the first time I went there!
The next day I met the owner’s son who resolved my problem.
He was nice and polite unlike the sales guy the day before.
He told me they are getting some complaints about him and they will take care of it.

If I could give negative stars I would. DON’T WALK RUN FROM THIS PLACE! COMPLETE SCAM!!!
My Horror Story,
I paid $ 90 for a Living Social deal that has turned out to be a complete nightmare! My iPad fell about 3 ft off on my bathroom counter causing a spider web crack, not attractive but it worked perfectly fine. I was headed out of town for 2 months and decided to get my screen fixed before I went, so I purchased a Living Social deal for Mobile Stop to get it repaired.
I read the Living Social deal carefully and the knew that the purchase was backed by a full 90 day warranty. I went to Mobile Stop on November 2 and my iPad was fixed the same day about 30 mins later. When the repairman gave me back my iPad I noticed little pieces of black glass sticking up from around the edges, I asked if he could fix this and he did.
I turned it on everything looked good and I went off on my trip. While I was away I pulled my iPad out and put it in my Zagg case (the hard case with the keyboard) When I slid my ipad in the corner of my iPad cracked! WTH! My iPad fell from a 3 ft counter on to tile floor last time, what did these people replace my screen with for it to crack by sliding it into its case???
Not only did the screen crack but my iPad started acting like it was possessed, the screen was shaking crazy, when I swiped left it went right and when I played music it would randomly delete songs and push buttons. I later found out from a friend that it wasn’t possessed but the repairman messed up the digitizer. Even though I was pissed that I was stuck for 2 months with no iPad. I knew that I had that 90 day warranty so as soon as I got back to Miami I could get it fixed. WRONG!
When I got back home and went to Mobile Stop not only did they not care that I was without my ipad for 2 months, their incompetent repairman damaged my iPad’s digitizer, or that they gave me a screen that cracked when I touched it, they also wouldn’t honor the warranty telling me that «iPad screens are too expensive so their not replacing it» Which is written no where on Living Social’s site or theirs, they completely pulled that out of their you know what. Talk about about a scheme! So I’m out of $ 90, my iPad is in worse shape now than when I went to Mobile Stop. If you’re thinking about using Living Social or Mobile Stop for anything electronic do yourself and favor and DON’T!!!

Way overpriced! I also had a groupon deal but the man behind the desk had no idea about it. When I asked for their prices, I mostly received answers such as «I don’t know.» Very irritated. Made a long trip for no reason.

Went to replace a damaged screen on an iPhone 4S and they damaged the sound and vibrator on my phone. They tried to say the phone came that way and refused to fix or replace it. So I just had them put the broken screen back and give me my money back. So now I’m stuck with a phone with more damage than before!
Be careful we’re you have your phone repaired!
