Hello family!
Many of our ingredients are flown in from India regularly, including equipment such as the original granite stone grinders from Mysore. They are used to make the batter for our fresh Dosasí, Uthappams and Idliís; they’re still ground in their original form to retain the original, delicate taste and texture of our authentic cuisine.
History
Established in 2008.
Our chefs are from India and all come from a food background. They have perfected their recipes for many years working with mentors from some of the finest restaurant and hotels in India and London.
