This place doesn’t even deserve one star, NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. You will leave with more problems in your car than when you came in

0 stars this is a classic bait and switch operation. They advertised $ 20 oil change but actually charge $ 70. False advertising so be careful

There is not «zero star» to categotize this grading. horrendous service!
Be aware. Put other oil type mo previous notificarion. Extra charge, deceiving experience!

Terrible service, I went to their shop to have one tire mounted and balanced because I had a flat. They did not have the tire that fits my vehicle. The manager never offered ordering the tire for me. I asked if I could order it online and have it shipped to their shop so they could mount it. The manager said yes and told me it would just cost $ 24.99 to have that one tire mounted and balanced when it arrived. When the tire arrive they never contacted me to let me know, it’s a good thing I was on top of things and called them to find out if it arrived. The next day, early in the morning I went to the shop to have the install and was greeted by an employee who immediately was trying to sell me services I did not ask for, for example wheel alignment, oil change etc. When I told him why I was there immediately increased the price of the installation by $ 16. I proceeded inside the shop to find that the manager I spoke with originally was on vacation. The manager on duty was very aggressive in stating that it was going to be $ 39.99 to install one tire and that was it. He then told me that I could take my tire and leave his shop, without an explanation or any argument from me. I decided to take the car to the dealer with my tire where to my surprise had it installed and balanced for $ 15. I will never give Midas my service or money again. Horrendous customer service, and overpriced. Specifically STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

STAY AWAY! Don’t buy GrOUPON for them! I went and they see Im a young girl so they think Im stupid they try to get me to get synthetic oil which my car does not require!
They then try to tell me you need 6quarts I pull up the owners manuel and they are still trying to tell me they need to put 6qts then they want to charge me other fees Put what the groupon says and move on! This was all said by a blonde older male light eyes named Chris! I got my money back from groupon Will buy the oil myself and have my husband put it and still save money

After taking my working perfect conditions Chevy Van to this place to request a simple oil change, they told me i must perform a Transmission Flush, because of millage…
Again, Van was in perfect conditions, im the only driver, low miles no check engine light!
After the did that 2 weeks go by and my transmission started to acting up, engine light went up!
Took it back to Midas a d they want to charge 100.00 per hour diagnostics because they saying wasn’t related to what they did 2 weeks ago!
So i got upset and too to a chevy dealer, end of the story, my transmission is damaged and needs replace, 4k to repair!
So Midas didn’t care and didn’t take responsibility for whatever they did to my van that caused the damage…
Be aware of this people!

Came with a Winn Dixie coupon for oil change and 3 hrs later had to take my car out with a tow truck to another shop. According to Fernando the previous place Goodyear has been ruining my car and I need to replace something for a lot of money around $ 500. Took it to goodyear with tow truck and it was just to replace the screw for $ 15. Get away from this place! It’s a complete rip off!

I went there because I had a coupon that I got at Winn Dixie.
It was for my cars oil change and the coupon had some extra goodies that they checked. They guy told me that they had to change my air filter & the motor filter… I dont know what that is but it sounded important so I just said yes. $ 130 later thank God the mechanic has kinda hitting on me (in a supper gross way) and he lowered $ 20!
My boyfriend still said it was SUPER expensive. But I know nothing about cars so… well my air & motor filter are brand new!!! LOL!!!
Now you know… just go there and be cute and laugh and they start bringing down the $$$$
