Went to buy a bag for my daughter. The store has a great variety of bags and everyone was extremely helpful. It was great that the entire store had additional 25%off and also had a big section of bags on sale for and additional 40% off.

Love, love, love the purse selection at this fabulous outlet. I enjoy coming each time, and the fact that i’m not pushed around to get a purse. I really like this brand, and this location is superior to the one in sawgrass mills.

I am a self-​proclaimed handbag connoisseur and a bargainista as well. Usually those two things don’t go too well together when beautiful, buttery soft leather handbags are at stake but qual sorpresa Dolphin Mall has some great designer handbag deals.
I have to admit I own many Michael Kors shoes (both his Kors and Michael lines) but do not own a handbag. Well yesterday while getting in some early Holiday shopping, I ventured into the store.
The selection and lay out/​aesthetic of the store is nice; the staff not so much. I was browsing the store for about ten minutes and not once was I approached and asked if I needed any help. In fact I don’t even recall being greeted at the door. There was a particular bag that I was quite interested in but was not able to access it due to standard Dolphin Mall overcrowding. Also the employees walking around the store were not very busy (two were very involved in what seemed like a «what are you doing tonight» conversation). They gave off a typical Miami uppity without validation attitude and frankly customer service plays into the final decision of my purchases. I think they need be reminded that they are working at an outlet store in Dolphin mall & to lose the ‘tude.
After this annoyance, I decided to take my business elsewhere and got 3 great handbag deals from the Coach and Off Fifth outlets. Also Coach gives these «additional 20% off coupons» at the door, just saying…
Still love Michael… just not his Dolphin Mall counterpart.

You cannot go wrong here. Michael Kors outlet has items on sale and they are extremely affordable. You can get anything from watches to sunglasses.
An added bonus, if you give them your email address they sometimes email you an added percentage off for a specific weekend.

I had a great shopping experience here when looking for a birthday gift for my mother. They had a great selection with mostly really good deals. The purses are great quality and so cute. The service was top notch and the girl even went to get me a brand new purse still in its wrappings to make sure it hadn’t been handled on the floor. My mother loves her bag and I’m quite jealous of it!

Really… a $ 300+ gorgeous, leather, Michael Kors bag for less than $ 180!!! — YUP!
I like to be in style, yes… but if the fabulous bag I’m buying for such an amazing price is a season or two behind, I’m not going to leave it at the store. Add to that a 40% discount, I’m sold!
Too bad they don’t have shoes at this store. Hopefully they will soon.

Good news for all Kors fans in Miami, there is a new store in Dolphin Mall. Its an «outlet» yes, but you and I know an «outlet» for a high end designer still means steep prices, but its prices are much better than full price for sure.
They even have that purse I have been stalking online…
