There are three main buildings here, «The Ivy», «Mint» and «Wind.» Each are uniquely designed inside to fit their name. I’m more familiar with «The Ivy,» which I find to have a few great qualities. First, the views from the apartments are pretty spectacular. There’s a beautiful pool as well as lap pool conveniently next to the gym. Generally, neighbors are quiet and there isn’t a heavy flow of residents moving about, unless it’s Saturday night and they’re all heading out. Anyways, there are plenty of elevators to accommodate everyone.
A few negatives are the parking situation. The valet is slow and on a busy night, you may be stuck with no parking if their lot is full. Sucks! You can always try to park across the street at «Mint,» if you’re lucky and it’s not also full.
The waterfalls over the apartment name are beautiful and there’s outdoor seating where you can just sit and wait for your car (in case you left it with the valet). There’s still a few things being remodeled inside the entry, but the woodsy feeling they have going on is amazing.
