Parking here sucks. You would think that the people working here would be knowledgeable and they all seem to have no clue! It is like if it was their first day every day. I always have a problem when I have to come here. There are people that work here that are forever hanging around outside which is a little shady if you ask me. This whole process does seem like a scam.

First time asking permits, not too bad of an experience.
Lady in window 1 – 2 (right side upon arrival) was not very helpful. Brushed me off, was not polite, did direct me to correct location.
Gentleman inside zoning permit area (check in desk) went above and beyond. He printed copies of what I needed, was very helpful.
Windows 5 – 8 has a gentleman answering any questions while we waited in line. He was helpful and polite.
Person at window 5 – 8 was quick and helpful.

Look I work as an expeditor and mostly go to the city of Miami beach. Some Change of occupational license required me to see DERM, water and sewer and Impact fees. I love the fact that they are less busy that the beach and i meet some great, helpful people through the process. Regardless you are still going to get some assholes that dont help and some that do… I am trying to think if i should give out the names??? is that a professional thing to do as a person reviewing the location and their service?
