This was the worse mattress experience I have ever. Sales people were helpful when they saw I was approved for 15,000. Read the penalties you will endure if you need a comfort exchange. Once I did an exchange my bed frames were not delivered. I was left with a 3,000 mattress on the floor. I had to show up to the store and practically beg everyday. There was a new salesman victor who made it his point to tell me it wasn’t his problem. After sitting in the store for 30 minutes asking for a manager or supervisor I had to walk out and Google it myself. The managers solution was to give me two free pillows and fire victor. Victor is still employees there and I got two pillows for three weeks waiting for bits and pieces of my order. Don’t be fooled when the salesperson gives you a «deal». That’s a discount for the headache and anger this company will cause you.

DONOTBUY A MATTRESSHERE!!! The salesman, Alberto, lied to my face about the warranty saying that he would match the Macy’s Warranty – which is better that Mattress One’s and made a big show about calling his boss and saying that everything was in order. I bought the mattress and asked for the change of warranty paper work. Woe is me for trusting a mattress sales man. He said he had lied, there was no other paperwork, but he was sure sure that I would love the mattress and I wouldn’t need to return it, so he didn’t feel bad about lying. WHATANASSHOLE!!! I get the mattress, after a few nights sleep I get terrible back aches. Well, that is the whole reason I needed a new mattess in the first place! DONOTSHOPHERE!!!
