Took two hours to do a manicure and pedicure and my nails weren’t even painted well. The manicurist didn’t even finish! He had the receptionist do the last step! Worst place ever

Oh my god!!! I was here today and the nail technician first cut her own cuticles then cut mine WITH THE SAME TOOL.
I am praying that I don’t get an infection from their lack of hygiene. This is disgusting. Do not go here.

My manicure was done so messy and poorly I made an appointment to go back the next day to get my nails re-​polished. Even after making an appointment and expressing my discontent, I waited for over an hour and when I finally sat down, being very polite and not complaining about the wait and explaining why I was unhappy with the manicure, I was treated so rudely and disrespectful I was in shock. Worst nail salon in Miami by far and I’ve tried a few.

When I 1^st discovered this salon I was thrilled to find a clean high-​end salon that uses fresh tools every time & sanitary foot baths. Along with complimentary wine/​water/​teas. However, as I continue to come I find this service depends on how busy they are & your particular nail tech.
If you don’t see them bring you clean tools «in» the bag-​ask for them! Lazy techs bring their dirty tools to the next customer!

Extremely poor customer service at this location. Currently at the salon, we were told two individuals were available right away, but the reality is, we sat in a chair with our feet in cold water for 45 minutes. The manager is rude, demonstrates a low level of customer satisfaction and spoke back loudly and uncouthly in front of other patrons. I understand it’s a holiday, but transparency is integral to running a well oiled machine. Perhaps they should stop telling clients that they have people available, and start telling them it’s a certain wait time. Realistic expectations for a long way, and this place is far from it! — a very unsatisfied customer

So, I walk in to little people there. Then they said there’s a wait. So I waited for 30 minutes and they told me to pick a color and sit down on the massage chairs. I look to my left and there is a furry ball of hair in my cup holder. Then I’m sitting here for an additional 30 minutes with my feet soggy and gross from just sitting there. My twin is here with me, they didn’t see her for an hour meanwhile my nails still aren’t painted. Long story short, it takes FOREVER for a really bad job. They cut me on both feet and both hands. Don’t come here.

I keep trying this place over and over again hoping it gets better because the price is pretty good $ 25 for mani pedi. But to be honest, they suck. They barely cut any cuticles. Rush rush rush my nails and every time I am so disappointed that I wasted my money.
Go elsewhere if you want quality.

This place lures you in with their specials and pretty lights and colors. If you have an appointment be ready to wait regardless! Employees working the registry and answering the phones are always too busy on their own phones (texting or emailing) before they even acknowledge your presence or answer your call. I have been held on hold for 20 minutes on a couple of occasions!
They work really fast, to get you in and out just as fast! They do not take appointments from 2:00ish to 4:30ish, so I guess walk-in’s are more what they prefer than having a weekly customer.
Watch your final charges one week they may try charging an extra $ 5.00 for the same services they provided you in the prior week! When you question it, they say «oops sorry» and they then change the amount to what you paid before. All in all if you are in a jam and can’t find anyone else to get your feet and nails done (even with the millions of other places around vying for your business), maybe go for a visit, but as the saying goes «enter at your own risk». I know I will never be back! Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me! Definitely not fooling me the third time!!!

Best mani and pedi I have ever had. I live in New York but came down for my baby shower (grew up in Miami). I saw Louie and he was beyond great. My appointment was ⁹⁄₁₂ and I just took the gel off yesterday, ¹⁰⁄₇. No chips, no lifting. NAD super plus, my nails are still long and healthy. No damage. I’m so shocked by the bad reviews on here.
I would like to address one thing… any nail salon I have been to charges you to take nail polish off. It’s $ 7 bucks up here in NY. They’re using their supplies to give you a service… why wouldn’t there be a charge?!
Anyway, I recommend this place a million times over. Anytime I am home, I am going here

I found this place 6 months ago and it’s the best thing that has ever happened to me. The staff is out of this world they make you feel so special and welcome every time. This is definitely my place, I wouldn’t trust mi nails, eyebrows and lashes to anyone else in Miami. Their prices are super reasonable, you would expect something super expensive because they’re in a nice place but that’s not the case in Lumigarnet. Definitely worth it, every time I come here I feel like a princess. 5 starts for costumer service!

I love Gloria, she does such a great a job with my hands and feet. I will follow her where ever she goes.

let me start by saying i have been to so many nail salons throughout Miami, and my biggest pet peeve is a nail salons cleanliness, This place has sterilized everything, disposable files, buffers and even disposable plastic linings for the pedicure, i was amazed at that aspect of this salon.
secondly, i went in for the Monday-​Thursday special for mani/​pedi for 25, and they offer a gel mani with that special for $ 40 for the combo which is surprising on the inexpensive side. i brought my own color with me however they have the largest selection of OPI Gel polish i have seen in a salon, which amazed me normally salons do Gel with some random brand and its not cute, but this place must have had at least two shelves of OPI Gel to choose from.
i went in as a walk in around 1pm on a Monday, there was no wait. Louis was very attentive and very good. i was very happy with my services here and i reccomend it to anyone who has a hard time finding a salon.

Great deal throughout the week, Mon-​Thurs until 4pm $ 25 bucks mani-​pedi and Sundays free gel polish on either feet or hands with a purchase of mani-​pedi. My experience was overall great! There was a little wait but it wasn’t half as bad. I went shopping as I waited and the young lady in the front desk called me to let me know that I am up next. The nailspa is clean and well-​organized. Make an appointment with Tiffany. She has an amazing skill with nails. I will come back!
The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 was because I didn’t see any of the tools cleaned before using and then she was done using them she put them back into the box. I don’t know if she cleans them after I leave but I question that.

Worst manicure ever. I keep trying to give this place a chance for their weekday mani pedi special. Nice décor. Very clean. They used sterile utensils and new files and buffers. However always have bubbles in polish once dried and terrible polish job. Lady was yanking cuticles off with very sterilized utensil. Wasted my money yet again. Will never go back. You get what you pay for ladies. Unfortunately don’t have time to go back. Who does???

Not a place I recommend… Went to get a pedicure and it turned out to be a disaster ! On a Sunday not the kind of frustration I wanted to deal with. The guy who did my pedicure had no clue what he was doing ! Literally just soaked my feet, took the nail polish off and massage my feet… I had to tell him to take out cuticles which he did wrong and cut me. The way the nail polish was put, I think a 4 year old would have done a better job. When I asked to speak to a manager, the receptionist told me she was out the past two weeks and she didn’t know when the manager would be back. Clearly there’s a management issue in this place. I am a very easy going person, but if I’m paying for a service I would expect it to be done correctly. NEVER GOING BACK!

This place is only punctual with appointments if you make one for 10am (you’ll be the first) after that they seem to always be backed up. Ive come twice and the person I book my appt with is either about to start painting someone elses nails or barely starting and ends up making me wait 25 – 30 min. Really loved this place but might find a new salon.

Nail spa heaven! Ive been twice and plan on being a regular. I love Louis hes awesome! Hes very sweet and sensitive to my needs I suffer from ingrowns and he knows how to make sure I dont have any pain. Also highly recommend the gel

This salon is very clean. They have all of the cutting tools in sealed bags, they use disposable liners in the foot basin, and they use disposable pumice pads. They also have the Vinylux polish, that lasts at least 1 week. Monday-​Thursday the manicure/​pedicure special is $ 25. It is my favorite nail salon at this time.

I’ve been here several times now and felt it was time to leave a review. This is a great little place located in The Falls shopping center, near Macy’s. Always clean and well lit, the décor and ambiance are welcoming, comfortable, and modern. The staff is pleasant and skilled and always courteous. The employees at the front desk are inviting and professional and give a great first impression.
The location has a large collection of colors, multiple stations for manicures and pedicures so that you are not left waiting, and generously offers its patrons water, wine, or coffee while you wait.
Overall the prices are comparable and the service is good. This is one place I highly recommend.

Went in to get nails done this past Tuesday. I got the gel manicure. The gel started peeling off my nails on Friday.
During the appointment I felt as if they were rushing to finish my manicure. This was after we waited an HOUR to get anything done. They did a terrible job. Most of the gel got wiped off at the end and there were large areas on the sides of my nail that were not painted. Then the gel started to bubble the next day. I have NEVER had this happen. Maybe I should have spoken up, but I expect at least some pride in their work.
Needless to say, very disappointed. I will not be returning. The staff was nice and accommodating, but I am rating based on final product which was unsatisfactory.
