If I can put zero stars I would. I ordered food from this restaurant that advertises delivery as an option. When I called they said they had no driver today. No problem I picked up my food. When I arrived at home after a 15 minute commute my food was completely wrong. There was a special order that was not mine on the box. A Cuban sandwich with just ham and cheese? If I wanted that I’d go to publix. When I called the woman at the register tells me that’s how the sandwich comes and hangs up the phone on me!!! I call back to speak to a manager Eduardo Castellanos and he was a first class douchebag. I have a one week old at home crying his head off in the background and this guy feels it appropriate to yell at me and tell me my only option is to leave my newborn for another 30 minutes to get a new sandwich. When I asked for my money back he refused and told me I have to return the sandwich. What kind of service is that? I really hope the owner of this location re evaluates his choices for leadership in his restaurant. This man was not only rude but inappropriate and unprofessional in his manner of speaking. I will never return here and will make sure to spread the word

The breakfast here is super good, prices are amazing. Service, well. I wish it was as good as the food and unfortunately it’s not. The take out window is where I usually order my food and every single time I do it’s always an annoying experience. If it’s not the ladies talking amongst eachother to the point that I have to walk inside to order it’s… Them talking to other customers in between making my order, what takes 2 minutes turn into 10, just to order and pay. The wait time is great, I’m out fast thankfully. Today they even commented in annoyance bc my boyfriend ordered something extra after they gave us our receipt for our first order, in Spanish. Like hey we’re Miami, everyone speaks Spanish around you mama. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend loving this place I’d never come back.

I am rating this restaurant solely on their breakfast and the service at this time. Two sunny side up eggs, cuban toast, café con leche, ham and fries is what I always order for breakfast and it is delicious. Price is good. Most of the time, there are about 5 waitresses around, and they are no doing anything just having a conversation among each others; and sometimes I have to wait for my check too long because my waitress is one of the one having fun talking to coworkers. Service could be better. Anyways, I’ll be there next Sunday for my regular breakfast.
