Lopez Emilio H MD

I would like to start this review by saying that Dr. Lopez was my own pediatrician and he is a phenomenal one at that. He deserves a 5 star rating and was also my younger brother’s which is why I selected him to be my son’s as well. He is polite, well learned, fluent in both english and spanish, thorough, and overall highly professional. With that being said of him the same is most definitely not so of his very rude staff that strongly needs education in customer service, phone etiquette, and English speaking skills. The office he had years ago by Kendall Regional was much more appropriate for pediatric patients with the assortment of books, toys, and children’s movies or shows that accommodated and distracted the anxious patients that are children. This new office does not offer the same plus could use some upgrading on the extremely uncomfortable hard, wooden, outdated benches to sit on. His nurse practitioner is as refined, educated, and efficient also. The management really should work toward improving the many other negative factors about this office though.
