History

Established in 2000.

Lombardi Properties opened in 2000 as a boutique realty firm in the heart of Miami’s art district, Wynwood. At the time the neighborhood was still in the process of becoming the art hub it is today. Due to our involvement in the community and dedication to improving the area with businesses such as the Wynwood Brewing Company, The Butcher Shop, and 1 of K; we like to say that Wynwood has been our canvas since 2000. David Lombardi, our broker, has an intimate knowledge of the residential market in Miami due to growing up here. We make sure to find exactly what our buyers want even if it isn’t on the market yet.
