I have been to two events here. There is not a lot of parking at the venue, so you will have to park on the street so get there early. Both events I went to were great. I would suggest this venue if you are looking for a big space with the atmosphere of Midtown Miami.

So second time coming here. First time was a free event, almost no one was there. This time paid event, I bought tickets online. I get there and there is a huge line. I figured since I bought tickets online I can bypass the line right? Nope. I was told I still needed to wait in line, which was the same line to pay to get in. So what was the point of buying tickets beforehand? Either way, I ended up wasting money because I did not even get in. Line was so long and there was no structure to it that you could not tell who was in line and who wasn’t. I waited about an hour in the line before I got fed up and left. Never coming back to this venue.

Such a perfectly transformable and inspiring venue. Literally perfect for just about any event you can imagine. Oh yeah, and it is family owned and operated by one of the most honorable and caring families in all of Miami! Disregard the reviews by the obvi wanna be hipster amateurs who think this place should be comparable to LIV or another nightclub in Miami. It’s a creative space for events, bottle service is not THEIR problem, its the third party thats renting the space.

The service at LMNT is absolutely terrible and by far the worst experience I’ve had with bottle service in Miami. Usually when you make a table reservation for your group/party it expedites the process of entering the club. Well, what happened was the completely opposite. I called the 786# listed for VIP and bottle service and spoke to a young lady named Ashley. I inquired about bottle prices as well has the process as far a arrival time if there were any restrictions. She’s says no just call me back when you’re ready so I can take a cc and the list of attendees. I called her back around 10pm to make the reservation. She tells me «Can you just text me the names of the people who are going?». I say sure I’ll text the names right away. I asked about the complimentary champagne offered to groups with 5 or more ladies. Ashley says yes I’ll have the coconut ciroc and the champagne ready for you when you get here. In my head I’m wondering what happened to the cc that needed to be on file but that’s not my job and if anything they could always just call me back. I arrived with my party at 1:25 am and immediately phoned Ashley. The line was extremely long she’s like oh you have to wait in the line because there’s only one bottle girl not my problem but ok strike 1. Finally made it to the door to a bouncer that was a complete jackass but that’s common and usually necessary so I’m not tripping about that. Getting my party thought the bouncer was another process he started letting other people who were just regulars rather than let my complete party in. We get to our table and the first thing Ashley request is the money for the bottle. I thought this was unprofessional bring us our bottle and chasers clean up the damn table before charge me. I paid her the price for the bottle then she comes back as request the gratuity and service fees. By this time it’s after 2:15am keep in mind the party is over at 4am. I reluctantly paid that because at this point gratuity was out the window but Ashley informed me that all clubs charge this fee like I didn’t already know that but all clubs don’t have shitty service. Ashley offered me a manager seeing that I was extremely disappointed with their service. She said the manager will bring you your change. I had to ask for the champagne 3 times because conveniently kept forgetting. The bottle girl offers to make us drinks and starts touching the ice with her BARE hands! Luckily I didn’t notice because I would have went off. Use another cup to scoop the ice before you result to using your bare hands. Someone checked her and requested a new bucket of ice and new cups and she had the audacity to catch an attitude because they don’t have scoops in the back. She returns with a new bucket of ice and magically a scoop appears. By this time I’ve had a couple drinks the music was great it’s about 3:15a at this time and still no change or manager. So I send another text to Ashley asking when I could expect my change? Because you had to charge me before you did anything but now I have to wait on my change? She sends the bottle girl back with my change with no manager as SHE offered. I’ve never experience such terrible service. If you are incapable of having an organized bottle service don’t offer it it’s simple. I’ve been to LMNT before and the service at the bar sucks due to large crowds so I tried to go around that by purchasing a bottle and calling ahead of time. Overall, my suggestions would be only go to their free events rsvp early, and drink before you get there so you don’t have to deal with their service because it’s terrible and needs new management who has regard for their customer and their service. Thanks for reading. I’m signing off. –Melo

I’ve been to more than a couple of events at LMNT, so it’s about time I show them some love! Generically defined as an art gallery, LMNT is more. The art starts in the building itself. Developed from an old industrial building, one of the spaces of this two building complex has exposed precast concrete joists. You can also check out the bolted steel plate connections of the exterior metal stair. You can also focus on the large courtyard, where a lot of exhibitions organize their couches and tables, as well as a projection screen and stage from which live music serenaded passersby on 36th Street. Go in, to check out a cool, dimly lit space for more art or a cognac tasting. As far as food, they had tasty tapas offerings passed around for free but recently started selling from a kiosk in house. At last night’s event, I enjoyed nicely spicy 3 chicken tacos in a soft corn tortilla as well as a caprese panini. Both items were fresh, well prepared and fairly priced for the neighborhood. There was a small mixup yesterday, but even with the large crowd they made it right. Plus, it was tasty as mentioned above! The only drawback at LMNT is event parking. They have a few spaces on the property, and valet at most events. However, it can take a while at larger events to retrieve your car. Your best bet is to get there early and try to find on street parking. Go early, and check out fun new art÷

If you received an invite to watch one of the Heat games there, I would recommend not going. Went last night and had one of the, if not the, worst experiences. Its not a restaurant, or sports bar, it is an event space. The tacos were not good, chicken very dry, almost unfathomable. Beer selection was none, which is strange because on the invite they promoted a special of domestic and imported buckets of beer. Come to find out they only have Miller and Corona. There were 20 people there, pricey, service took forever and there no napkins in the bathroom. Poor execution on their promotional efforts. The whole experience was off. I will not be back unfortunately. Sorry.

Wooooow! Talk about an amazing event space… This place is great!!! It’s like a compound with everything pertaining to the arts! There is even a recording studio on premiss. I know because i was in a session w my good friend Fat Joe. I’ve been to a few events here and loved every second of them… It’s indoor and out door and I think they have one of the biggest outdoor fans I’ve ever seen in my life. Makes the place that much cooler(no pun intended…) ;-) You have to check this spot out if your are looking for a great event space in Miami. The husband and wife couple that run the place are very very very cool and nice people as well. There are no limitations … Be as creative as you can and they will make it happen for you and your guests! That’s for sure!!! Strongly recommend this place!

Wonderful space for a venue/party. You can decorate any which way you like. Has multiple rooms. Parking was not difficult. I went for a tasting and really enjoyed it.

Attended a Remy Martin tasting here. Space is absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking art and wide open floor plans. Only downfall is that I would have liked to see more pieces.

Where do I begin with this wonderful space. I’ve attended three events in this space over the past year and have had a wonderful experience each time. The space is laid put very well with plentiful indoor and outdoor space. From art, food and music events this is the perfect venue to get your entertainment on!

Attended a Halloween party here. Really nice and simple set up. It had a nice outdoor area complete with a bar and sitting area. Inside was seperated into 2 distinct areas. the sound was pretty good and the drinks were free and flowing. It had really adequate seating in all three areas. Art work was pretty cool to look at. I know of several events, that have been held here since. So given the opportunity, and who is promoting, OR if you are looking for a venue to promote something, give this place a shot.

Came here for Ryan Morales’ Twisted Halloween party on Oct 26th. The place was good. I liked the bar and outside area to hang out in between the two spaces. The sound system was ok, not the quality of Space for sure but than no club ever comes close in Miami to the quality of the sound system at Space. The walls are adorned with art and there are chairs and couches and tables surrounding the dance floor and DJ which is nice and gives it the feeling of a big living room space. I believe it doubles as an Art Gallery during the day. Oh yeah and valet parking $ 5!
