The worst retail/​customer service experience I have ever had.
After selecting and purchasing my product (I have the invoice to prove it)
I get a call telling me they made a mistake
and wanted to charge me more.
I’m sorry but if you made the mistake that’s on you. I paid the price you gave me. In my opinion the contract should have been honored.
