Lexus of West Kendall

After a rocky start for service I needed on my car, Robert swooped in and more than made up for my initial contact. He made sure that everything was taken care of — I will absolutely go back for service as long as Robert is there!

Stay the hell away from this dealership!!! I was looking at a IS250 they told me base price was 38,000 I responded with well I think I can get it for 35,000 the sales person rolled her eyes at me stating” you cannot ever get that car at that price” little did the lady know I was a USAA member that guaranteed that price for the car. She then told me to wait outside while they talked to the General Manager who starred me down for 30 seconds so I Starred at him back with a grin on my face … She then came out and said and I quote «Your Famous Here» These people are the lowest of the LOW and RITA the sales person is super RUDE you can tell she doesn’t have a EDUCATION. then she was boasting that her son was a MARINE well I’m a veteran also and it’s ok to SCREW us? I think not.

I went there for service maintenance last week Sept. 16, 2015. But KHAI ANDREWS failed to deliver that exceptional service which LEXUS OF WEST KENDALL to offer. He was so arrogant and disrespectful.
I ask him if he could help me about my car so we get thru all the process the papers were ready for wheel balance and oil change. Then I suddenly realize instead of doing service maintenance. I ask him if he could help me fix my bigger problem concerning a leaky sunroof. And he said it will take time for that and there is no available loaner. He wants me for reschedule for next week for another appointment. And he insisted doing for me the wheel balance and tire rotation. I told him NO and ask him again to fix that leaky sunroof but he start shouting at me that I need to listen to what he say. To do what he likes or what he want? I told him NO. Then he said, get the fucked out of here!!!
Is this a paying customers really deserve?

I got a call from Carlos Brazil Friday at 6pm 9÷18÷15. He told me there was someone looking to buy my 2015 Mazda 6 and that they didn’t have any to sell to his customer and that if I was interested selling it to them and get a Lexus. I got an appraisal from Lexus of Kendall and then went to this dealership thinking that they were going to give a a better appraisal because someone wanted the car and that is what that guy Carlos had told me over the phone. I drove over 10 miles to meet this liar at 8:30pm and was told that the car was worth the same Lexus of Kendall had told me 2 hours before. When I told them that they lied about having a buyer for my car they said that the person who handles that had left for the day. Ridiculous! They came back with a 48 month lease and a crazyy $ 639 a month with 10,000 miles for a Leased $ 40,000 car. It took Lexus of kendall 20 minutes to tell me that it was not a good idea to trade it in but these liars told me over the phone that they had a buyer when it was all a lie. I still love the brand and their cars but I will never buy a car from this dealership or recommend anyone to go there. They want to make you waste time, gas and lie to you just to have you pass by and give you a crazy amount on a lease. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

What a shame that such a nice car brand is tarnished by poor service and lack of knowledge in the product they are selling. A lesson on selling, don’t focus on your needs but rather express genuine concern for your clients needs. I was ready to buy that day, but your poor service and lack of genuine concern made me walk out your door. You should visit an Acura dealer and learn a few tips.

Who really enjoys going and talking to car salesmen because I sure don’t. However, walking in i wasn’t overwhelmed with a pitch.

I purchased a vehicle at this location approximately 2 months ago. After the usual dealership BS, I left because they weren’t willing to accept my offer… that’s fine. Of course I get a call a couple hours later that they’ll take my offer… no big deal, that crap is the same at all dealers. I went back to purchase the car. Nearly a month later, with my temp plate about to expire, I still hadn’t received my license plate, so I called. Based on my conversation, it was clear to me that hadn’t done anything with completing the registration. «Don’t worry, we’ll issue you another temporary plate». Well, my second temporary plate is about to expire and still no registration… so I went to the DMV. The DMV said they completed the registration, just that the dealer apparently hasn’t sent me the registration and decal. To make matters worse, the DMV said that now that the real tag is assigned to the vehicle, the temp tag is invalid (despite it’s date) and that if I get pulled over, I am going to have a problem. I left a message for the GM three hours ago… still no response. Shocking. (I purchased another vehicle at the other location and was very happy with the service.)

For excellent customer service, Lexus of West Kendall has my vote! This morning I got up to run errands & car wouldn’t start! I called the service department, they had someone at my home immediately! Btw. I live 35 miles North. Forever grateful to have purchased my car at Lexus of West Kendall!

In my previous review I explained in great detail what my experience with this dealership has been like. I decided to update it, as my mom and husband recently traded their cars in at this dealership. It’s nice to see that nothing has changed and the service is still exceptional. We worked with Alex and Leo, and everything was great. This makes 9 vehicles purchased here, between my mom, husband, and I. Highly recommend.

If you are in the market for a new car I highly recommend to stop at Lexus of West Kendall! My Nissan Murano recently gave up on me. (I am still in mourning as I loved that car sooooo much) I always said I will never buy a car at a dealer again but after analyzing depreciation value vs leasing a car. I felt it was time to see what lease offers Lexus had to offer. I called up Leo Sorzano 305−713−5969 and told him to «show me the money» (in Jerry McGuire voice ofcourse!) he invited me to stop by the dealer and promised there was no pressure whatsoever.
As soon as we arrived I refused to test drive and just wanted to talk numbers to see what they had to offer before I fell in love with any car. Both Leo and his Supervisor Eddie A. were professional, friendly and worked hard to get me into the New 2015 NX 200T within my budget. I can not express how grateful I am and you definitely have made a new customer for years to come as now my husband is hinting he wants a new car as well.

My wife and i had a great experience in this dealership. Our sales man Leo Sorzano helped us out and got my wife in the vehicle she wanted. Everybody was very helpful and kind. They earned a future customer.

Some people might actually like car shopping, I find it more like a chore. However, my experience with Eddie Abdool, was smooth and uncomplicated. I have been to another Lexus dealer in North Miami and it was most unpleasant.
Eddie had a straight, no nonsense approach to figuring out what kind of car you want and calculating your payments. All in all it was a straightforward transaction and, best of all, I was in and out in what seemed like a couple hours. So deal with Eddie if you want the facts.
Plus, since I got the hybrid CT, it has some features that are different from a standard car. So this dealer has Harold, who is a tech person, explain to you all the different features. Harold was very helpful and patiently taught us how to use the many features

Absolutely great costumer service ! You call in advance and they set up the appointment so you can change your oil, they offer complimentary loaner vehicle for your convince. I usually just wait it doesn’t take too long and they give you a free car wash along with your free oil change.
They have a great sitting area in side with complimentary pastries and coffee, they also have direct TV and very comfortable chairs.

I know… I know… I swore I wouldn’t step foot into this dealership again, but when I accompanied a friend to purchase a vehicle and saw the way Ernie Barouh treated her, I decided to give them another chance! Ernie is one of the kindest, friendliest salesmen you will ever meet. He’s honest and works hard to ensure you leave with a fair deal. I also received first class service from finance manager Orestes Alfonso. He also went above and beyond to help me get a great deal! I will definitely return to this dealership! Thanks for the great service Ernie and Orestes!

Called about a car and they told me they had it. I told them I would pay cash and was on my way. I drove 30 miles to get here, and it’s sold. A courtesy call would be nice, especially since they had my contact info. Mildly annoyed.

I had a great experience in this dealership. I went to test drive the cars and decided on a beautiful sedan. The sales person was very nice to me and explained everything. I got a price better than what I was expecting since I did my extensive research. My tag/​registration was ready within a week. Alex martinez/​Hernandez was my sales person. He was excellent and super patient with me. I decided to splurge & I am happy I did. I am in love with my new car & I am happy I came to this dealership. I love the service I received here so far. I hope it continues when I need something for my new ride. I’m in love with my new car! love love love
