Worst Mitsubishi dealership I’ve ever been to.
First time I went here for an oil change and they had me waiting over 7 hours and for half of that time had some salesperson from one of the other branches William Lehman has kept trying to sell me a Hyundai. Then got mad when I told him that I wasn’t interested.
Second time, I checked the website to be sure I would make it in time to get an oil change, it said the Service department closed at 6pm. I got there at around 245pm only to see the sign at the service dpt. says it closes at 4pm. Here I am all glad I decided to come early and the customer service rep tells me that the Mitsubishi technician has left for the day. And was incredibly rude to me for no reason. Never will I got here again.
