Specialties
The criminal defense law firm of Menachem M. Mayberg, P.A., represents clients at every stage of a criminal case, including those involved in criminal investigations (before any charges are filed), those already headed for trial and those pursuing post-conviction appeals. The earlier we can get involved, the better we can protect your freedom and your rights. Our Miami-Dade and Fort Lauderdale criminal defense attorneys handle all types of criminal matters, from probation violations, criminal traffic offenses and Florida DUIs to serious offenses like mortgage fraud, violent crimes, and sexual and cyber crimes. We can also seal or expunge a criminal record, helping you put past mistakes and the stigma they carry behind you. Based in downtown Miami, we represent clients throughout Florida, including those in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County and Palm Beach County.
