I showed up at 8:10 pm to do ONE load in an oversized washer and as soon as I get off the car there is a lady outside that says they are closed! Their website claims they open till 10 PM. She didn’t ask what I had to wash she just insisted they were closed. Zero consideration for the customer; I would have definitely been out of there before closing time. She proceeded to tell me that their website says they close at 10 PM because that is the time she leaves; apparently she doesn’t let anyone in an hour and a half before the time they advertise on their website so she can clean up and do whatever she needs to do as an employee to make sure she is out the door at 10 PM on the dot. I’m sure the owner would be happy to hear about that.
