I always go there to do my laundry. But this is my last time.(6/14/16) Lady with the short hair not the owner. She has the worst attitude. I asked her to please give change to finish drying my cloths. Her answer was I don’t give change go to another store and get change. I told her I’m doing my laundry here. So I had to get change elsewhere. I hope the owners read this. This Is how you loose business. Because of dummies like her. It very hard to run a business. You need please loyal customers. Give people change. The money is going back to you dummies.

Great place to get you have your clothes dry cleaned. Friendly staff. If something isn’t right, they correct it fast without any issue. Prices are reasonable.

This review is based upon the self serve laundry facilities.
The space is open and clean. There is music playing and several different TV shows. The seating areas were clean as well as the counters. There are many carts and a basin washing station.
There is a change machine and 2 options to purchase detergent. There are 3 sizes of washing machines with each having the capacity and clear instructions. The prices range from 2.75 — 4.25 — 6.00. I used the large for a comforter and it washed in hot water for a long cycle for 27 minutes. There are 4 large dryers that run for 6 minutes for $ 0.25 which got very hot.
I would use these services again.

Not my usual coin laundry but absolutely loved it. Came on a Wednesday late afternoon/​early evening and the place was nearly empty. My first impression upon walking in is how spacious and clean the place is. Because of such an open setup, I can imagine that even when this place is packed it is not cramped. They have single, double, triple, and mega load washers starting from $ 2.75 up to $ 8.50. Dryers are only $ 0.25 for 10 minutes. I saved about $ 0.50 per load by coming here instead of my usual place. Doesn’t seem like much but it can make a difference for some people on a tight budget. I’ll definitely be returning.

My dryer broke tonight and I had a load of wet clothes i needed to dry a.s.a.p so i came to the laundromat which is advertised as still being open (until midnight)… When i get here the door was locked with ppl still in there. The lady who works here came to the door with a face that would have killed (if possible) all the while saying «NO» to some other lady as if she was not gonna let me in. She opened the door and told me they couldn’t take me. She was blocking the door and i started explaining to her that i just needed to dry my clothes and she rolled her eyes and let me in. Then she told me that i would have to pay a $ 3 fee PER DRYER because i was only drying… That was separate from the price to dry my clothes… This is my first experience here and most certainly my last. I understand people want to leave work after a long day but my one load is not going to go past her exit at midnight and there are several other people here doing their laundry as well. RUDE RUDE RUDE and unprofessional!!!

They advertise same day dry cleaning, but then said it would take a WEEK? False advertising.
Then the write me a half nasty comment below saying I must be confused, because they don’t offer same day dry cleaning, they only offer it sometimes…
A word of advice to the owner. if you’re going to attempt to respond to reviews, have someone who can write complete sentences do the writing for you. I will never use this place or recommend it.

Had an altercation months ago because they charged me for «delicates» with out calling me prior to ask me if it was ok to do that because they don’t know if I have that extra money. Well, months after and I washed a bunch of those same «delicates» and got charged NOTHING for delicates. Awesome, but makes me wonder why they decided to charge me before and now not charge me. The whole idea was stupid because charging me 10 dollars for «delicates» when I was already giving them 70 is rediculous. Good smelling clothes, not charged for delicates and will return.

These is a clean place to wash your clothes and it has all the amenities includes TV’s in all the walls seats WiFi bending machines and in the same plaza you have pizza, Chinese food, subway, and burgers so all round for the location and all the things that you can do it is grate and if you have a problem you can always talk to the owner and he will help you with the machines money or anything you need

They force you to Dry Clean your business shirts because they say «The cleaning agency will take better care of them». If you choose to do their regular service, they’ll say that they cant accept it.
In addition, if you don’t have proof of payment, you cannot pickup your clothes and they will hold them hostage until you provide written proof. Showing them your bank statement with the amount of the payment and the transaction date is not enough.

This place is the best. Extremely professional and very punctual. Their wash, dry and fold service is amazing and smells great. They are accommodating and always putting the customer first. If you are in their area I really suggest you give this place a try. Their laundromat is very clean. The customer service is the best I have experienced in a very long time. Bring your clothes here or have them pick it up and deliver it. Its Awesome! Being that I don’t have a lot of time the pick up and delivery service is such a convenience. Check them out!

Very clean, the machines are in a good condition and the lady that was there was very nice and helpful.

Really, I wasn’t expecting them to be so attentive to my opinion on Unilocal!They were already my favorite laundromat in SW dade, but the fact that they’re willing to respond to even minor concerns is pretty amazing.

I work a lot + I travel a lot meaning, not a lot of down time for me to do laundry. Or even be home long enough to do so. Therefore, my laundry tends to build up to the equivalence of Mt. Fuji.
I really like this place, to be honest. I’ve never had ANY sort of issues while coming here. I’ve come at oddball times: Morning, Evening, Weekday, Weekend. And never had to wait for a Washer or Dryer.
I also like that they have late hours (closes at Midnight; I believe the last load you can wash is at 10:30pm) for nocturnal people like myself and though the lady who runs the shop may seem like she’s ultra busy. she’s actually very nice + efficient!
I believe they have cheaper prices here to Wash + Fold your laundry for you than other places but I honestly haven’t tried it out. I keep telling myself that I will but truthfully, I enjoy the atmosphere and people watching and chitchatting with the random Kendallians. (:
My only qualm is that the last time I was here, though I was connected to the internet, the internet wasn’t working for me :/​But I can’t really complain. I’m just a technology hoarder.

HORRIBLE. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. I called 2 days in advanced to schedule a seamstress to alter a dress. They scheduled me in no problem. I called the SAME day 2 hours before my so called appointment and they confirmed.
I get there 10 minutes before my appointment to be respectful and the lady is not there because «she had just left». so they call her and the woman tells me she can come in 2 hours. I had my vacation in 5 days.
This is so incredibly unprofessional to waste people’s time and patience. It is in a dinky shopping mall and the people look on the unprofessional side. Should have been my tip off.
I took my services to Pinecrest and they took care of me the way it should have been done to begin with.

Imagine my excitement when I am in dire need of a good clean laundromat then I remember reading Vanessa S. review of this laundromat. Thank you Vanessa, it was not a far drive for me from South Miami where I was hanging out with my daughter all day. I had a bunch of massage sheets from work to do and a few comforters. Not only would they not fit in my washer at home but who wants to spend all day doing laundry.
Tucked away in a small strip center they have plenty parking right out front. When you walk in they have so many washer options to choose from.
Single loader, double loader, triple loader and mega loader! Yes please the bigger the better!
They have a counter where you can drop off your laundry and they will wash, dry, fold or hang for a certain price. Looks like they also offer alterations and area rug cleaning. They have two vending machine’s with drinks and snacks which was super nice. No need in worrying if you do not have quarters they have a machine for that as well. Need hangers? Yep another machine. Need laundry soap or dryer sheets, bleach or softener? Yes, they have covered as well.
The place including the restrooms was super clean and so nice and easy to get your laundry done. Now they are not the most reasonable as far as doing your own laundry. Some washers were upwards of $ 7.50 per wash, yes they were the giant ones. I used the $ 4.50 washers and they did a great job. The dryers are .25 cents per every ten minutes. Not bad and I noticed they were super HOT.
Nobody bothers you just chill people in there trying to do laundry, reading books, tweeting, face-​booking, etc…
If you want a great laundromat come here, I will go back for sure!
