All of the fox medical offices I’ve been to have been only terrible experiences. Due to the issues I’ve encountered with them numerous time and with my insurance at the time I found myself changing the insurance company to go to a private doctor and not deal with a clinical office full of rudeness.
The staff at all locations are unfriendly and to be honest a one star rating is not even appropriate.
No stars given at least on my end but Unilocal makes us rate at least 1.

Horrible. Dr. Fox gave me wrong diagnose. The girls that work in the front desk are rude and unprofessional and will let you wait even if you come in with an urgent case. They show no care, unacceptable for a medical facility. The one that takes the payments even though she’s nice sometimes is not focussed and forgets to send the orders to the testing areas. The office is completely unprofessional and the dr’s are questionable. The only dr. I am happy with is dr. Zambrana. She’s kind and takes her time to listen and is detailed with her care.

The most unprofessional and rude staff I have ever crossed paths with at a medical facility. At any facility for that matter. All the girls at the front desk have major attitudes, they gossip and text while you stand there waiting to get their attention. And they completely brush you off when you ask anything at all. Embarrassing establishment.

To begin, I work in healthcare and work in the training of future physicians to qualify my comments before I start my review. I recently moved here to accept my new position and was looking for a new physician. I found Dr. Fox’s office through my insurance network as a qualified provider. I would never recommend this physician’s office (Fox Medical Center). Here are my reasons:
Friday (¹⁰⁄₁₇)
–I was told the doctor was out on a family emergency and would see their PA (initials CA). The front desk staff were very polite and efficient
–I was brought to an exam room and met by a student. The student was adequate but managed to screw up my prescriptions and some of my information
–At no point was I see by a licensed clinician (I never saw the PA) so it will be interesting to see if they bill for a service. They can’t.
–For first time visit, you would think I would be see by a licensed clinician and not just a student. The student took an adequate history but I was never examined.
–Labs were ordered and I was to return Saturday since I did not fast
Saturday (¹⁰⁄₁₈)
–I returned for my lab work at 1130 am (the office closes at noon)
–I was curtly told that the office stops seeing patients one hour before they close so I was told to leave
–Lab work takes only a few minutes so you think the office would have provided quality patient care and customer relations and took me in for my lab work. It was as though I was an inconvenience to the office
Monday (¹⁰⁄₂₀)
–I returned to get my lab work and obtain correct and accurate prescriptions
–I met the student who saw me Friday and the PA happened to be their
–The PA wrote correct prescriptions but not after quizzing me on why I needed the two prescriptions. Maybe if he would have actually seen me on Friday, he would have known why.
–I was told to wait for labs. After 30 minutes of waiting I asked if I could get the lab script and go somewhere else.
–I was told to go around the corner and knock on the lab door. I was met by a disengaged lab staff who printed out my form and said here you are you can go. You would think they would try to accommodate me.
Well, the lack of patient privacy, quality customer service, lack of valuing the patient and what appears to be a disregard for providing me any leave of quality care seems to be the norm. Maybe it is their norm in South Florida; however, I come from Pennsylvania where high quality care and customer service is a high expectation.

ABSOLUTELY the worst practice and doctors. Do not visit them. I had 104 degree fever and i arrived today 6÷28÷14 at 11:00am on the dot and the power driven employee-​Alejandra i believe her name was said i was 2 minutes past 11am so she denied me access to a doctor. They have no regards to patients welfare. The doctors employee minimum wage employees that hate the world and take it out on patients who need help. They are a sweat shop. I said i would inform Dr Fox and she laughed in my face saying «he doesnt care he doesnt need new patients.» STAY away.

Horrible experience. Very impersonal staff, horrible parking, and this Dr. kept checking his Iphone the entire visit. I felt like I was rushed through the visit with him after having waited over an hour in the waiting room. AVOID at all cost!

horrible doctor and practice do not go with any of these doctors they are negligent, abusive and liars. They are associated with Preferred Healthplan, co-​owners and create a pre-​existing condition for all your conditions and like that they keep your insurance premiums and do not treat you. I do not recommend this Dr office at all! First of all there is hardly any parking at all. I arrived 20 minutes early and was almost late to my appointment before I finally parked on the street-​hoping that I would not get a ticket or towed. Once in the office there was a 30 minute wait. Then I didn’t even get to see the actual Dr-​I saw his P.A. Now I respect P.A.s I am in the medical field myself and know that they are knowledgeable professionals but at least for my first office visit/​check up I thought I would see the actual physician. I did my labs there and then scheduled my follow up visit. When I called to reschedule the appointment I could not get another appointment for 2 months. They are really hard to reach when it is not office hours. You might as well just go to the ER. Nights, weekend, and holiday’s you are on your own. I was having a severe medical issue a few days before Christmas but the office was closed for more that a week. Just recently I started seeing another doctor and he received the results from Dr Fox office and a lot of my labs were off (subsequently those off labs were causing my previous health issue which I was trying to contact them for). Mind you I had those labs done in Sept 2011 and I did not get a phone call for my results or anything. Not even a quick/​convenient follow up visit considering my labs were off. That means that the only people that actually looked at my labs were the actual laboratory that processed it and my NEW Doctor. Save your self time, money, frustration, and your health and please go to another Doctor.

I had to take someone there that was in severe pain, or sick or whatever. this person calls the insurance, and get this guy, Dr. FOX. He’s a cunning Person. very good as a smooth operator. We had gone there, this person couldn’t drive from pain, or sick, or an organ could have been the problem. we didn’t know. So I give a ride to a desperately sick person, this person had called the office prior and explained what (Jane Doe) felt, and they said, OH YES come in, we will take care of you right away. We get there, and the «right away» phone verbal affirmation, was a «We never say that on the phone». So that was frustrating, especially as a caring citizen, I had to stop my day errands planned to help a hurting Human being. We get there, and the DOC has his physician assitant wanting to write, Meds, we already know don’t work!!! but can harm, from past experiences. So finally the DOC, comes, as he didn’t really want to, and starts all this questioning as though we were there for Pain Meds, which we were not, he just assumed, becuase I guess he is of the Personality of the ‘KNOW IT ALL”. he ask, Have we been on meds before of any kind, ofcourse, we both have given brith ceaserian, and both have had severe injuries, within the recent 2 to 6 years between us both, but all is legit, why if we were drug addicts looking to score, would we bother to see a DOC, why not just go to South Beach and have ala carte drugs and less hassle of an appointment with an a hole DOC
UHHHHHHHHHH!!! R there any real Doctor out there that really want to help, even if the case may be addiction, not of ones choice.
WHY I say, that, DOC ‘s put you on meds, when you are seriously injured, or given ceaserian birth, then one year into there care, with their prescribed pain meds, that one has no idea is severely addictive, and mentally distructive. Turn right around, and then accused prior real injury patients of being addicts. REALLY??? Doctors then are the Drug pushers, that get a GOD complex, and can ruin your life, they can be character assassins. I say, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, before going to any Doctor. THEY are truly dangerous bunch. and I know there r a few left, that are really doctors that really want to help a human being return to a healthy productive life. again, FEW DOCTORS. today it’s like finding a needle in a hay stack. I have only been in Dr. FOX’s presense for 5 mins, He was personable, funny, seemly caring, but something just gave me that gut feeling, Find another DOC. from the moment we arrived, nothing was as it was on the phone call communication. and that alone, speak volumes… WE should had left the minute they changed from what they had said on the phone to what was really going down.

After Dr. Kev, did something wonderful I decided to see if he ever made the Unilocal reviews. I was aghast as to what I read. Not saying it’s not true, everybody experiences negative incidents in there lives.
I’ve had Kevin as my physician for many years an always way above board treatment. To the pointI have become close with this brothers too.
On May 20^th I was in Southern Thailand and ate something that didn’t agree with me, almost instantly sever stomach cramps, nausea, you know the whole works. I went to a pharmacist in Thailand who gave me a substance that smelled like mud, I drank it and was somewhat relieved. However the sever pains came back and the flight home was not pretty.
Once I arrived in Dallas called Kevin what I had and asked if he could write a script to my pharmacist. Kevin did one better, he asked when I would be arriving in Miami, and met me at my house for a quick examination and medication. Truly a great guy in my mind!

I have been going to Dr. Kevin Fox ever since I could remember. As a family physician I thought he was extremely distant and not caring at the early age. Now that I am an adult, I can’t believe how I was subjected to thinking all physician delivery the same type of care. My mother has had him as a primary doctor for the past 15+ years and for the past 2 years her labs have been abnormal. He basically dismissed the abnormal labs and therefore falsely reassuring that she is fine otherwise. We decided to get a second opinion and went to another physician confirming a diagnoses. Not only did he misdiagnoses my mother, as a professional he didn’t treat my parents with the respect every patient should receive. I do not re command this physician at all.
