I have received nothing but top service from this company. Ivette and Carlos have never disappointed me. They are true professionals. I have never been «left waiting and wondering» what happened to a service person. I have never been told that the person can’t make it today because the truck broke down. I have never had to call them back to fix the same problem. These things do not happen with Karibe Mechanical. Even with such superb service, their prices are reasonable!

I highly recommend this company to do any maint. on your AC. Carlos was very respectful and made sure everything was working. He even called back a few days later to make sure everything was okay.
