Meet the Business Owner
Jodi R.
Business Owner
Jodi owns and operates Junior Talent Management, an elite talent management company founded in 1992. Junior Talent is responsible for bringing many young local actors from Miami to Hollywood following their entry and experience in the Miami market.
A Miami native Jodi also started in the business as a young child. Before her eleventh birthday she had already performed in more than a dozen theatrical productions, many with her own father. She then went on to attend serious and reputable magnet schools, including South Center for the Arts, PAVAC (Performing and Visual Arts Center) and New World School of the Arts for Musical Theater and then attended the University of South Florida as a Theater Major in college. Eventually, it was both the film and television markets which appealed the most to Jodi.
Jodi became a member of the Screen Actors Guild by booking her first national commercial for Isotoner Gloves when she was 15 years old. She continued working as a professional actress appea
