I had Jump and Party come out for an event that I threw and the team was great. Showed up on time, they were very professional and were ready to do any extra work I asked. They never said anything when asked to move tents multiple times. We had tents, bounce houses, tables and chairs — everything was just as it needed to be which was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders when they arrived. They called the day before to confirm and were ready to rock & roll. Can’t wait to use them again.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Today was my son’s birthday party at Coral Pine Park. I hired Jump and Party to provide us with a combo slide/bounce house. The party was set to start at 12:30pm. The bounce house truck did not show up until 2:00pm. Apparently, they had a flat tire or car trouble. I understand things happen. However, my complaint is about their lack of customer service. While I understand that things happen that are sometimes beyond your control, it is not my fault they had car trouble, and they still had a contract to fulfill. They were not able to fulfill their end of the contract, so I should have been compensated by a reduced fee. To make matters worse, when they did arrive, the generator they brought to power the bounce house, was broken. The only outlet available to plug the bounce house into was pretty far away, leaving a long cord stretched across the park– a major hazard! In any event, by the time the bounce house was plugged in and ready to go, it was 2:30 pm– 2 hours after the party started under the contract. To make matters even worse, as soon as the bounce house was set and ready to go, it started to rain, so the children had to leave the bounce house. In effect, the children were able to use the bounce house for 1 hourl, out of the 4.5 we were contracted to use it(from 12:30−5pm). Here’s the part that really amazed me. My husband called the company and spoke to «Raul,» letting him know that they were late and that the generator was broken, which stalled them even more. My husband asked if they could reduce their fee since the children were barely able to go in the bounce house. Raul gave my husband major attitude, told him this was not gambling, that we had a contract, and that we had to pay him. Raul is right. We had a contract for the bounce house to be set up at the start of the party, which it did not. We had a contract for them to provide a generator, which they did not. They broke the contract. We feel like we should have been compensated in the form of a reduced fee. Raul told my husband that out of the $ 185 we paid him, he would only knock off $ 20 and said that if we did not pay him, he would come and take the bounce house immediately. This is far from a serious company, and I do NOT recommend them to anyone, and I will let any mom I know, KNOW!
