Don’t go there, unless you have a death wish. I delivered a 30 weeks baby, on an emergency c-section. He sent me home 2 days later, with high blood pressure and fluid in my lungs even though I verbally expressed I didn’t feel well to go home. Within 48 hours I was back at the hospital with heart failure. He definitely does not listen to the patient, and does not care.

He is a total jerk. I can’t stand him. Loves c sections. Told me early on that i would have one because my son was too big. He was 7lbs 14oz. Never gave me a chance to even try. Not to mention he sent his brother to deliever my baby. Horrible bed side manners. In and out when u see him. He ruined my first experience in pregnancy. The hospital staff was horrible as well. Wouldn’t go back to him if my life depended on it. My second pregnancy was amazing with tbe best obgyn ever. Completely made up for the trianas and mercy horrible service. Stay away! Unless u want a unnecessary csection and a horrible experience. They may be knowledgeable but are not cut out to be obgyns.

Review for Albert Triana, partner,(as I have not met Joseph Triana yet). I begun seeing Albert Triana after experiencing a stillbirth delivery(different doctor). I needed someone who was not only a great doctor, but who’s staff and care was/is sensitive to my situation, considering that my stillbirth left me completely traumatized. From day 1, Albert Triana took a proactive approach into finding out what happened. He did all the right tests(my brother inlaw is a doc and he gave a check list of what tests had to be done). Dr Triana not only showed me that he knew what to test for, he was also incredibly personable and caring. During my initial visit to Doral location(their newer location), I was not completely satisfied with staff: service was slow, receptionist did not answer phone during office hours, staff took a while to fax over needed prescription, etc. I discussed this with doctor, he listened, and said he would have the office manager look into issues. My concerns were not dismissed by him. Since then, I have switched over the the MERCY location, as it is closer to my husbands job, and I loved everyone there. Monica(office) and the nurse were both very sweet and helpful. They took ownership over the issues I initially had over at the Doral location and handled everything promptly so that I could do all the tests I needed. My husband met A. Triana and liked him as well. I look forward to meeting the other doctors in the practice, as they seem to have a great team and hope to have a better experience when visiting the Doral location. I recommend Albert Triana with my eyes closed. He really listens to his patients, is proactive, is knowledgable. Five stars. Side note: Mercy location offers valet parking in same building $ 5 or you can do self parking(2 blocks walk) for $ 3.

I simply love this office! I am actually shocked that they even received one bad review. Dr. Albert Triana is my doctor and he delivered my first baby. He is wonderful. He will answer all of your questions and never make you feel uncomfortable. You can call the office at anytime and he returns your calls(personally) promptly! His office staff is amazing as well. They are all very nice and knowledgable. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I called with questions and concerns and they always answered my questions and made me feel well taken care of. I have also been treated by his brother, Dr. Joseph Triana. He is also amazing. As a matter of fact, Dr. J. Triana helped with my son’s delivery when there was a complication that arose early on. I can’t imagine anyone having a bad experience with this office.

When deciding to entrust someone with one of the most sacred experiences in your life you do a lot of research on the person, the firm, the rivals, etc. Then, once you think you’ve done the required reading, questioning, and poking into everything to feel confident on your decision, you do some more. By the time the offices of Triana was picked and appointment made I felt pretty good but couldnt help but think«Is this the right one?» On with it. As my sister, mother, and I sat in the lobby reception area we giggled and laughed with pure excitement just as we used to years and years ago like when my sister and I were just litle girls palying in the sand plotting to throw sea weed at our mom and our mom looking at us with her«c’mon girls Im ready and waiting» smile on her face. Nostalgia of a time when life seemed to be perfect and there wasnt a problem in the world. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. Smiles and greetings galore. The Dr and assistant were so comforting. That is so imortant because you definitely want to be relaxed and comfortable when you hear those words«Yep, your definitely pregnant». Dr Albert answered all my sister’s questions with a smile on his face and expanded his answers from his personal experience and past clients that arose new questions which he continued to welcome. We were even able to beg him enough to do an ultra sound and print for us the«first picture”(they don’t do ultra sounds at 5 weeks and the machine wasnt onbut he did it). That’s the kind of experience and attention you get here. It’s a family affair. Atleast that’s what it feels like. Very up close and personal. I can only imagine as the belly grows bigger and bigger the level of comfort will contnue to grow as well.
