Terrible customer service, don’t come to this place for oil chance especially if you purchased a coupon or you are getting a discount price, that price is not enough to cover their time in you and they will make up all kind of excuses to make you spend money unnecessarily!
They told me my car needed an oil flush bc it was all damaged (keep in mind my car is a 2015 vehicle!, how is that even possible) don’t let them foul you!!! Customer service awful! A lady covers the front desk/​attendant at this location and she is extremely rude, avoid this location, nightmare.

Super disappointed at the service, they start telling me about the filters being ready to be change when I change them on my last oil change, she put them next yo the computer and pointed at them, I grave them and just took the lil dust, they were white… right there I knew I couldn’t believe anything that will come after,
Of course I have a list of a lot of things my care need, to bad I couldn’t believe jack because they lied at the beginning

first $ 65 for oil change, done in 15 minutes, they give you a list of things that they will do, simple as clean windows, never happened so I didn’t even bother to find out if any of the other things were done.
They loose more… What is the point of robbing you 1 day and have bad reviews, is a lot easier to make customers than will keep coming and buil that trust.

Seriously, the worst Jiffy Lube ever. Total morons, will never come back.

I read the reviews about this place but decided to come anyway because I had no extra time. They open the doors first thing in the morning and I was the first customer inside which felt good.
However, per other reviews, they tried to tell me all kinds of things were wrong with my Honda Pilot which I knew were not the case. This included the transmission, my engine belt, & my differentials. None of these needed work as my mechanic had recently looked at the car. It also cost $ 43 instead of my normal $ 25 back in GA. When I said no and that my mechanic would handle any of it he stopped trying to convince me and I was out the door… less then 20 min. Total.

Stay away from JIFFY LUBE! I hate writing reviews because it takes time I don’t have. Lucor Inc., in NC own Jiffy Lube franchises. We took my car in a couple of weeks ago for an oil change right before a trip to TN and NC for Memorial for the. first, they emptied the oil before they realized they didn’t have the oil my car takes. I have a Jetta TDI (diesel) 2. they took 2 hours. 3. they went to get the out at an auto parts store and charged $ 104. I’ve never spent more the $ 50 for synthetic oil change. They seem to think this is the first oil change a 2009 car has ever gotten, so they could take advantage. 4. on the drive to TN through the appalachians there was rattling and the engine light came on. We were able to drive, but for the long weekend the one dealership we found an hour and a half away to find out it was closed. I guarantee this location WILL CLOSE soon because of the poor poor service. To top it off, I their FB social media reps only apologize but don’t seek to resolve. You should go on their FB and see the complaints. Next, I finally get a hold of customer service by phone. They tell me that this is a franchise and complaints are handled with them. The company is called Lucor Inc., although, Ryan from their customer service kept telling me it was Locur as if it wouldn’t be easy to find them. They don’t have Let me tell you, be wary of large companies who do not make it easy to get their help. They don’t want to hear about their awful service, but want to take your money. When Ryan, the customer service representative from Lucor called he was cunning, patronizing, asking how long i owned they car. He was trying to confuse me and trying to twist what I was saying like he was a homicide detective trying to get the murderer to talk. He said to call him when I got a diagnosis for the rattling in my car. He never apologized for the crappy service. As a matter of fact, he was smug and didn’t understand what I expected him to tell me. This man is so ethical he liked calling me out on my sarcasm after that and when I told him about the «shitty reviews,» he said that he wouldn’t listen if I couldn’t be professional. Oh such a righteous and ethical man he is, isn’t he? Furthermore, in probing for some resolution about the poor, unethical service he said they didn’t have a protocol. Just hung up with them and had to let you all know. This company is bad new people and that 1 great review is a fraud. They don’t have a pic or friends. Hello… seriously. They have to BUY review to elevate their business. They should fire everyone and have ethical employees and protocols. Do more research on this company – ripoffreport (.com) has a bad bad review on them too. STAY AWAY! They will mess up your car and next thing you know you or your family are in danger because of these careless people. Poor service from headquarters all the way to Virginia Beach VA on Great Neck.

Terrible service! Like in other reviews I waited 2 hours for an oil change and people came and went after me. Go somewhere else!

This place is Joke. I went to Jiffy lube for an oil change to my Honda Accord. The staff approached me and suggested that my car needs a synthetic oil change. I told them that I never use synthetic oil in my engine. Nevertheless, they refused t to service my car. Pice tag was $ 99 for an oil change. No wonder this place has such bad rating of 2 starts. They basically ripping people off left and right. Advice, run from this business.

These idiots forgot to put my anti freeze cap back on! I’ll never go back there again.

As I wait for my car I had to write a review. I do not enjoy going to the mechanic and/​or servicing my car. So I was a bit apprehensive about coming here today. Boy was I wrong. Stating with the lady who greeted me upon arrival and the mechanic Miguel Zayas who took care of me; everyone has been very nice to deal with, knowledgable and helpful. At any time have I felt that they are pushing things that my car doesn’t need. I’m coming back next week to get more things done (because my car really needs it not because I feel pressured to).

They are very short tempered and absolutely no time to answer questions that they don’t find to be relevant with your repairs that they suckered me into doing at a alarming cost that wasn’t really needed to soon find out. I used a groupon with my oil change and payed $ 250 more for other services I was told needed to be done. I wouldn’t reccomend this particular one cause the ones I used in LA California never did I have a problem. Honest/​mechanic about as rare as winning the lottery I guess.

BLUF: They tried to scam me out of $ 100 for a power fluid exchange saying that my power fluid was «filthy»…when in fact they couldn’t even access my power fluid!
After THREE attempts to complain, a person stating he was the South Florida Manager called to apologize… and then all his promises of a free oil change never appeared.
Long story short… DON’T GO HERE!!!

Wish I could give zero stars! Waited hour & half for oil change. Watching people come & go after me. Have a fleet vehicle & they were trying to get approvals for services I didn’t request. They actually told me they would not release my car to me unless they did all the extra service (tire rotation) they got approval for. No wonder it took so long. They were gunning for anything and everything to bill. I was not happy! And the attitude!!! Never again. They actually told me it was not my decision on the services they provide to my fleet vehicle. I told them I will take it to Sears for the tire rotation & pull my car out immediately.
The couple behind me had a coupon they refused to accept because it was on their phone and not the hard copy. Many unhappy customers.

The lady in there after I presented my Groupon she tried to sell me two filters one which I agree to change at $ 50.00 was the charge soon after I left I look at the filter on the Honda website and it doesn’t cost more than $ 12 this people are a true rip off

Wait time was a little long but the guys there especially Robin helped me out and provides such excellent customer service!

Brought in my car for oil change they say it will be 45 minutes. I went to grab something to eat and received a call from extremely rude female employee who claimed the car needed synthetic oil, roughly $ 120 for this oil change. I explained Ive had the car for three years and never have I used synthetic. She said to take the car to the dealer. I asked for number for corporate so I can check on this fact, she ignored me said the car is not even in the shop and I am not technically a customer. Unbelievable,. So rude. I’ll never go back, and you should not either.

You come in with a $ 20 coupon, focusing on getting your oil changed and you never spend less that $ 50. There’s always a filter here or fluids to replace there, and they employees have the tendency to use scare tactics to get you to agree to expensive items.
I do believe that they want to help me take good care of my car, but recommending things that aren’t quite needed yet isn’t the most honest way to do business. I always compare prices and check around. That said, I did learn more about my car – what oil would be the best to use, etc. Overall OK, but don’t let them pressure you!

The oil change includes 5 quarts of oil. They snuck in an extra ~$ 12 for an extra quart. After reading my Haynes Repair Manual, I learned that in fact the engine does not require 1.3 more quarts extra than the included. The V6 engine capacity is indeed 5.0 quarts.
They failed to tell me they had a problem with my nitrogen medium filled tires. So I drove out with soft tires, the other major reason I even went to JL.
It feels like theft and much less than full disclosure. Disappointed by my subsequent visit to rectify the tire pressure.

Despite my coworkers insisting that I do not go to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, I took my car there because it was close by and cheap. BAD IDEA!
They continuously try to up-​sell you on everything there which is rude and flat out wrong.
As my car finished it’s oil change, it was pulled out for me to get in. Everything, besides trying to up-​sell me on everything, appeared fine. Until… my car wouldn’t start. Tried three times and nothing happened!
I was furious asking the mechanic what was wrong. His answer «I don’t know — you probably need a new battery.» Yeah, right! Of course, I needed a new battery — What a coincidence!
Not surprisingly, the car has been working just fine after they jumped it as jiffy lube that day.
BEWARE — DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICES! I will never return!

Hmmm maybe I should have read the reviews before coming here.
Yes, they changed my oil and it was fast, but I thought they advertise that they check and top off all the fluids. Then why did they tell me that they don’t have brake fluid and that I should go buy some?
It would also have been nice if the customer service lady spoke English or at least wrote down what was wrong with my car on the invoice/​receipt. Instead she pointed at things in my engine and said «broken». When I asked her multiple time what was broken she just pointed and said «broken». Yeah, thanks Jiffy Lube. (sarcasm)
