Terrible customer service. Purchased 2 Jet Skis from them in the past year. The sales people are classics — very attentive when they want the sale, but a complete shit show after the deal is done. No follow through with the registration and title paperwork, inaccurate receipts provided. Tried for months to get the paperwork straightened out (spoke to sales person, finance and GM), but they refuse to return phone calls or emails and/​or just don’t care. Would not do business with them again.

Jet ski of Miami, first I will state that the review was posted 3 weeks ago and I was extremely frustrated by the service at that time but ultimately Juan delivered the ski when I needed it. (keep in mind that I was still without my ski for approximaely 6 weeks) I contemplated prior to the owners response that I may have been too harsh in my critique and may delete the post.
However, In my opinion when a customer complains about a business, the worse thing the business could do is to try and shift blame on to that customer and basically call him a liar. I have had the jet ski for 1 year and unfortunately while beaching it, hit a submerged rock. What are the chances that I hit another rock in the exact same location soon thereafter. You mentioned that it was weeks later. If you keep track of the hours on the ski it was approximately 2 hours of riding time after I had received the ski from the first incompetant repair. You state that you wanna make good with the client but you infer that I’m a liar? How is that good customer service? Actions speak louder than words and now social media knows how you respond to unhappy clients.

This place is the best jetboat service I have found in south Florida yet. They are knowledgable, honest and fast. They’ve call you back to check on the service. I just wish that they offered marina service at a reasonable rate on warranty repairs.
Either way I’m staying here, and I love up in Broward.
