other person had their jewelry rot because of the cheap metals they use on «free» piercing day.
awful customer service, over priced, rude, thieves, who will make multiple accounts to thumb down negative comments while posing as «customers»

My sister has come here twice to get piercings and has gotten an infection both times. Not only that they charged her $ 10 to take out the damn earring when she only paid $ 5 to put it in. The guy at the front desk is an asshole and I won’t be coming here ever again.

Ive gone in twice this week just because of the awesome specials theyve had. Once to get my ears pierced.
I got my second hole on both ears and cartilage on one ear. Its only been about five days and Im already comfortable with them everything was professional, clean and sterile. All my piercings were done manually (no guns) which is supposed to be better because its more accurate. No pain whatsoever totally worth it.
The second time I came in was to do a $ 20 «simple tattoo» which is an ongoing special they have once a week you just have to stay in touch with their instagram page. Love all my piercings and first tattoo! I was really nervous but I trusted the tattoo artist and everything came out as expected.

Went in with my wife for simple matching tattoos on our finger. $ 140 later (because we always tip) after just 10 minutes crooked, upside down, and peeling tattoo. We should of just went with our artist, but he was busy. Thought a simple tattoo could be done anywhere. But damn were we wrong. Definitely learned our lesson. Will never go back!

This review is for a nose piercing. I was in and out. The guy that did it (Nicknamed Worm) was friendly and knowledgable. I went in with the mindframe that the piercing would be done with the piercing gun but nope. Manual install. My eyes watered badly but the pain was short lived.
I received a pamphlet about how to take care of it and the business card just in case I had questions. The small stud was $ 30/​piercing included.

If you want to get ripped off come here, seems more like a gang then a tattoo shop. Rude to customers, not very unfriendly and unwilling to help you. The guy who tattooed me the first time didn’t even speak English!!! Not to mention the staff in the front (a mr dildo) is by far the worst out of all of them. He pretty much pocketed money n told me that he could not give me a refund even thought he was the one who charged me incorrectly for a tattoo which he didn’t even understand what I wanted. I left the shop with no tattoo n $ 50 bucks less in my pocket. That’s not even the end of this story. Then when I go to get the tattoo that he so kindly gave me a credit for -.- he tells me the same guy who was gonna tattoo me that day (who had no clients) is booked for the next couple of months!!! Really!!! Talk about a scam. Customer services is obviously not their strong point. To say this shop is the worst in Miami is an understatement!

I always get pierced by Jay or Danny and they’re both really great! Plus on my nose ring I got a keloid and Jay took it off for me and its looks freaking PERFECT now!!! I seriously onlyyyyy trust Jay and Danny for my piercings

Best shop over all!!! Great management. Great costumer service! Friendly environment! Professional thru and thru.(unlike my grammar lol). I’ve been tatted here several times. Each better than the next. By more than one artist.
This is not ur usual tattoo shop full of arrogant tattoo artist that act like they’re better than you. That’s a big deal for me. Everyone is treated at equals!
Cleanliness is at a thousand!
Of all the times I’ve been there I’ve never seen not one questionable piece of artwork walk out of the shop!
Frank, Maza, Luis, Mitchell, Diddles, Danny. All get four thumbs up from me! And Colombia for putting together this awesome team and great shop!!!
Im a professional barber. And tho the art form produced isn’t the same, every other aspect of the business is the same!!! I can relate on certain level to what these gentleman and the female apprentice do on a daily basis! And I can’t go back to any other shop having been to this one!!!

Back in July I saw the shop had a contest for a free tattoo through Instagram. and guess who won? ME! Colombia hooked up with one f the BEST artists there– Mazakre (Alejandro). He was super sweet, and involved the whole way through. I helped him pick the colors and how i wanted it positioned. He did an amazing job. The tattoo was entirely FREE. I did tip my artist of course out of courtesy. He was a good sport the whole 9 hours even though he wasn’t even getting paid for it. Everyone in the shop was super nice, the piercer Jay even took pictures for me. The one manning the shop was James, he was funny & helpful too. Even put my purse away for me when i had stepped outside. Thanks for the great opportunity Colombia. And thanks too Maza for his time & effort.

I just got a nose piercing from Jay at the Chapel. I was a bit nervous but he quickly picked up on that and put me completely at ease. He was absolutely the BEST! He walked me through the whole process. He was very attentive. Highly recommended!

This place is fantastic. They are friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. Jay is a total gentleman, sweet, and super efficient. I got 2 piercings today, my daughter got 5, and my friend got 3. Jay was totally great. He was fast, and it hardly hurt. We have other piercings, and I can tell you that our experience with Jay was amazing.

I don’t understand why this place has so many bad reviews?! I have gotten my triple helix piercing here by jay today. And he was the best!, he made sure I was calm and he made a lot of jokes to make me feel better… About me getting my ears pierce. So far this place is the best I’ve gone to there other location. And had nothing but the best experience with these guys. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!! and I will continue going to inkaholik

If you want a tattoo that heals like someone that’s been tattooing for 2 weeks gave it to you, go to this shop.
Firstly, worst customer service ever. Turns out you need to pay for your «free touch up» that they screwed up in the first place.
Secondly, I’m pretty sure they are all illegal. My tattoo artist didn’t even speak English! Oh and didn’t have any tattoos him self! A little strange, but whatever.
The place is ran by «interns» and I’m pretty sure they hire whatever idiot that can trace a line to tattoo.
I mean come on, they have a «cheap tattoo» promotion almost every day!!! They advertise «CHEAP TATTOOS»!!! But, you get what you pay for.
In the end, it’s a cheap, very unprofessional, kinda dirty, inexperienced tattoo shop. I will NEVER step foot in that shit hole. And I’ll make sure to tell everyone how terrible their work is.

My first time here I got my tattoo touched up. Everyone was so nice and they were so chill with me and they gave me a good price. The second time here I got my Belly Pierced and it was done quick and simple. They even distracted me so I wouldn’t think about the pain. After that I got my second tattoo done and they did it perfect and it healed perfectly! I even did it on a special day Palm Size tattoos for $ 50 and they did it so well I’m obsessed with it.
I always recommend all my friends to come here. I haven’t had any problems with them and I know for any future work I want done I will be coming here for it!

I wish I could give it zero stars. I blame myself for thinking I could get quality and professionalism from a business in Miami. What I was I thinking! For starters I highly doubt anyone is a legal resident, secondly I doubt anyone has an education passed the 1^st grade.
I left a cash deposit over a month ago with a supposed «store manager» I have my copy as proof. I never got to actually speak with my «artist» it was just a brief exchange not very professional at all.
I even texted the manager and the artist a picture of the artwork, never got a reply. I should not have expected anything from an establishment like this, but I have them the benefit of the doing… which I regret.
I won’t go back to claim my deposit, 50 $ is a small price to pay to realize you’re dealing with trash. It’s the best investment I’ve ever made. Don’t bother coming here unless you can relate with them, which I definitely cannot.

I’ve had Tattoos done, when Inkaholiks were in the Flea Market, and when they expanded to the «Church» and «Chapel».
Tattoo parlors are like any other place of business, Waiting is Inevitable! I cannot speak on Piercing, I have no experience with that. I’m more fond of Tattoos. Overall, I have gotten Four (4) in Total, and have not yet been disappointed. This is why I choose to go to Inkaholiks, for my Tattoo Addiction.
