Hernandez Body Shop

Excellent service. This shop worked in my car, my brothers car and a coworker I referred and we were all very satisfied with the work and how efficient they work to be on time and as fast as possible. The price is very competitive. I am writing this review because I couldn’t believe the reviews here! I was just referring. Another coworker to this shop and she told me the reviews were horrible. This place is definitely a 5 star. I will continue to refer all my friends and family.

A coworker of mine also recommended me to this place. I brought my car in which had $ 1-​$ 1.5k worth of damages according to other places and this shop said they would do it for $ 500. It seemed like a hell of a deal at the time. I was doubtful at first, but my coworker drives a Jaguar, so I gave them a shot. My car was ready by the next day! It seemed fine at first, but after careful review, the paint job was just superficial. They didn’t remove any panels to paint them or anything like that. They even scratched my headlight! I wouldn’t dare go back. If you have a cheap car and don’t mind a cheap/​quick fix, go for it. Otherwise, stay away.

My car was hit at work and a coworker of mine told me about this body shop. I called them to fix my car and the owner Albert took care of everything for me. He told me my car would be done in 2 days. Once my car was returned I noticed that they did a horrible job and just painted the car over they damage with the crack still in the car. Albert told me that I was wrong and they can just buff it out, while the next day her had to repaint the entire front end to fix the bad job which was fine but, they should have caught that prior to delivery. After he delivered it I noticed over spray on my grill so I called him to take care of it and he did. It still was not done right so I called him a second time to fix the over spray and he told me that he would fix it. Once he delivered the car he must have ran over a screw while in the body shop or on the road so once he delivered my car to my parking garage at work the valet guy noticed a screw in the tire and called my office. I decide not to call Albert and tell him what happened and I just changed the tire to my spar myself. While changing my now flat tire Albert was delivering another car (the one that my coworker refereed to) and while backing the car into the wide garage he ran over my tool box and almost ran over the spare tire I was changing. This was a horrible experience and I would never use them again.
