I can’t say enough about these guys. I had a terrible grout haze problem after having tile installed throughout my condo. Glenn did an awesome job cleaning my spa floors, he was able to achieve what other professional floor cleaners failed at doing (Stanley Steamer*) he even arrived early to start the job. If you’re reading this review, stop now and just call him for a quote, you won’t be disappointed, just like I wasn’t. He’s confident with his skills and equipment with years of experience and it reflects in his work.

We needed someone to clean our tile and grout inside our townhouse. Glenn came out the same day we called to give us a price which was very fair. He came back in 2 days to clean the floors and what a difference. They look like the day the tile was installed. We were amazed at how the grout looked, we didn’t think it would ever get cleaned. Very professional, courteous and top notch customer service. I would «definitely» recommend then to anyone and most definitely use them again.

Glenn and his team are punctual, professional, and experts at their craft. My floors were a mess after a kitchen remodel. Glenn cleaned the flooring of the entire space so that there would not be a difference in color of tile/​grout. Now they look like the day they were first installed. No headaches or hassle. Very trustworthy as I was not home when the work was being done and great/​reasonable pricing. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended!

Recently had Glenn out to do some pressure cleaning on Old Chicago brick as well as grout cleaning on 18 year-​old tile. I have to say it looks as good as new!

I recently bought a home and the tile had some rust stains, dirty grout lines and cloudy surface. It needed a major cleaning. I decided to call Hard Surface Masters after reading all the positive reviews on Unilocal and they did not disappoint. Glenn knows his stuff and is very professional and efficient. I love my tile floor again, thanks to Glenn at HSM! The grout looks like new after being sealed with a color sealer in Antique White. It took us a while to find the right color, but Glenn was very helpful and patient. We finally got it right, and he did an excellent job of painting the grout! We hosted an event in our home just a few days after the work was done, and it cleaned up like it was new. Glenn is very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Hard Surface Masters and Glenn.

I highly recommend Glen at Hard Surface Masters. So far he has cleaned my mom’s tile roof and my ceramic tile and sealed and recolored the grout in a 2500 sq ft home. Glen arrived and performed the job as promised. He is a true professional and guarantees his work he is one of those few people out there who still believe the customer is always right and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Can’t wait to have him come back to do our roof. Oh and his price is waay better than Stanley Steemer, and he knows what he’s talking about.
