I’ve been using this shop for fills repairs etc and they are very fast and honest. Recently they lost one of my tanks while it was their for inspection and even though I lost the receipt the owner remembered me dropping off 4 tanks and they replaced the tank. Don’t think you’ll find that kind of honesty to many places in Miami.

Can I leave no stars! Oswald shouldn’t be at the front desk. H2O scuba doesn’t adhere to the groupon they offer. I purchased it and then they wanted more money for materials $ 60 then I have to bring my own gear. Groupon clearly states all you need is mask, fins, weights, and booties. So why do they scam people? Then preach to me they aren’t making money off this? Of course they would have because I needed a new regulator. Such a bad place and a mess inside! Going back to SQUALO dive shop off 826 who did my PADI open water so I can get my advance with honest people a honest store!!!

I signed up for the advanced scuba certification class at H2O Scuba and had a wonderful experience. Oswald, the owner and instructor, ran a very thorough class and was very knowledgeable and helpful during the 3 dives throughout the course. I would recommend anyone to go to H2O Scuba for their certification and other diving needs.

Unfortunately Oswald was the most careless instructor i’ve ever taken a diving trip with, and the quality of the spots was not very good. If you’re looking to scuba dive in Miami, you’ll do much better looking for another option.

Awesome experience. Their shop is small but had a surprisingly nice selection of gear available for purchase at very reasonable prices. I bought these awesome fins that were cheaper than buying the same pair at Ebay. Which is rare when buying retail. Oswald was very accomodating and patient with the group and the experience was just fantastic! I highly recommend them. There is also an opportunity to join Oswald for Spearfishing on Thursdays. Which sound like a blast. If you are a VIP Groupon member you can get full certification and four dives for only $ 199k. Cant beat it.
