H2Desk was a pioneer in the help desk software market with operations starting in 2004. After several years of product development and refinements, in 2009 it introduced a Software-​as-​a-​Service (SaaS) product. Under the SaaS software delivery model, software products are much more affordable and clients are free to use the service as long as needed and without an upfront investment. As a fully managed and hosted service, our Cloud Hosted help desk product helps reduce total cost of ownership and allows us to fulfill our mission of serving small and medium sized businesses. In 2010, the H2Desk business was acquired by Innovative Cyber Solutions, Inc. based in Miami, Florida, USA.
