Grand Occasions can truly be your one stop shop. However, we are available to do as much or as little as needed. No job is too small or too large for us.

Our event coordinators will serve as guides, financial managers, consultants, mediators, and constant source of reassurance. We will customize a service package specially for you including as much or as little as you need. We will work diligently so that you can sit back and enjoy being the guest of honor at your special event.

History

Established in 2009.

Grand Occasions Event Planning began as primarily a wedding planning company. As time passed we added more services and branched out to work with corporate events (bonding meetings, celebrations, fundraisers, etc) and other social events such as quinces, sweet sixteens, family reunions and many more. Grand Occasions Event Planning has a team of professionals that have been together from the beginning to include certified wedding planners, event coordinators, décor designers and sound and lighting specialists.

At Grand Occasions Event Planning our goal is to provide excellent service and products that can excel your expectations.

Cari had always enjoyed organizing events of all types. She had been involved in organizing company parties, client events, fundraisers for a local school cheer team, bonding activities and of course the occasional wedding or party for family and friends.

All it took was a friend’s comment about how much fun wedding planning might be as a career for Cari to jump in and begin exploring the possibilities.

After doing the researching and schooling to prepare for this new adventure Grand Occasions Event Planning was opened in August of 2009.

At the beginning, Cari concentrated on wedding planning but her dreams were bigger and after the first year she began to expand into other areas such as corporate and other social events. In addition, she began renting party supplies such as chairs, tables, ext; creating centerpieces, invitations and matching stationery; favors; candy stations and anything else her clients needed specially made. «Every event is unique and so every detail is too.»
