Business Owner

Harris Gilbert is a graduate from the University of Miami School of Law, University of Florida Warrington School of Business, and was born and raised in Baltimore, MD.

He prides himself on his dedication and professionalism. Throughout his time as a lawyer Mr. Gilbert has worked for the Public Defender’s Office and practiced Insurance Defense Law before opening his own practice with longtime friend Andrew Smallman. Together they form an incredible team that will always be there for you in your time of need and are ready to tackle your problem head on.

Andrew Smallman is a graduate from University of Florida Levin College of Law, University of Florida College of Journalism, and was raised in Miami-​Dade County, Florida. Mr. Smallman worked at the Office of the Public Defender before joining with longtime friend Harris Gilbert at the firm of Gilbert & Smallman. He prides himself on providing a personal touch to his clients in an industry that at times is lacking this quality.
