I wish there was something lower than a 1 star which I could give Ghost Armor as well as their Kiosk in Dolphin Mall. I had a Ghost Armor glass installed about one month ago. It has several chips in it. I returned to the kiosk and they told me that the glass installed was not Ghost Armor which is what they sold me. He looked at the receipt and confirmed that I was sold a Ghost Armor but they installed something else but charged me like it was the original. He told he would install a new one for $ 15. I refused to pay more. I emailed customer service twice and they have not responded. DON’T BUYGHOSTARMOR.

This is for the Dolphin Mall location. The sales staff sold me a screen protector for the Iphone 5s and told me I could switch between matte and glossy. I went back this week to replace the matte with glossy and they want to charge me full price for the glossy one even though when they sold it to me they said I could switch between them. Like other Ghost Armor locations, these places are ran by high schoolers who have been trained to call you«boss» but have no real customer service. The screen protectors end up lasting about 2 – 3 months and you end up having to replace them consistently. They are still better than all other screen protectors but not as durable as I expected.
