okay, I had previously been to this Gap Kids and hadn’t returned in months because the customer service was so bad, the store disorganized and tiny!
But yesterday, I gave it another shot. I was looking for board shorts for my son and found one on sale, the one that was at the original price had a 30% discount so that was cool and I also got a rashguard shirt for the pool for him which was on sale also. After using my rewards points, this was a very satisfying purchase!
The young lady at the register was very helpful and really nice. She actually has changed my mind about coming back cause otherwise I would not. So thanks cashier#2 303 350! you were superb!
I’m not giving a 4 or 5 only because the store is a little messy but in her defense she looked like she was there by herself and was trying to manage everything at the same time…
