Make this review short and simple horrible customer service. It’s just rude people giving you funny faces when you don’t know something. If you ever wanna buy a bike here talk to only James and Matt these are the only people who like their job and you’ll get a straight forward response. service people are rude and seem to not care about you and tell you «I built it and rode it it’s fine» shop with caution here I bought a crf250 and got a sweet deal but my experience was not the best

I am not allowed to put 0 stars unfortunately. I don’t like to give bad reviews but this was too much. 3 months delay, 1 problem solved, many other problems not even taken into consideration, cost per hour absolutely not fair for the competences and $$$ only concern. Finally I got the bike and I paid basically the full cost and more. I just asked for a suggestion to find someone more competent. The right person has always been right next to the corner. Good prices (even too low for their knowledge), quick service, professionalism, care and excellence!

Worst place ever!!! They charged me a ridiculous amount to take out two broken screws. I also told them to put the aftermarket grips on and the Mechanic looked me in the face and told me they didn’t fit. I was so pissed, when I went home I tried to see if it was true. Those after market grip just slid in and fit perfect. If you want good service with great customer care, don’t even bother with this place. Horrible, never again!!!

Took my zx12r for its first tuneup in 14 years. These guys were great, not cheap but great. As they were tuneuping the bike they noticed several things wrong (air filter, etc) and fixed them without charging extra labor. My bike is now running like the first day I drove it out of the showroom. Thanks Miguel and the guy who worked on the bike.

Bought a Honda PCX 150 Scooter here a couple weeks ago.
Service was great, financing was easy and done on the spot.
They did not have the color I wanted, but no problem. One of their guys got into a truck, went to a warehouse, and was back with the bike very quickly.
Process can take a little while, but that’s how it is buying anything with financing these days. They made sure to follow up to make sure everything was ok, and they offer great warranties to back up their products. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for an ATV, Motorcycle, Scooter, Jet Ski, or any other fun motorized rideable machine.

Absolutely terrible experience and customer service !!! Don’t ever come to gables Honda. They are way over priced, they always tell you more things are wrong, and they don’t so any work same day. I brought my scooter in for an oil filter and oil change and 3 hours later they have me my bike back and it didn’t turn on.
To make matters worse they said the mechanic that supposedly did modifications had left. So my bike worked when I arrived and after spending $ 250 it didn’t work. They not only didn’t offer to pay for fix or so it same day, they said I needed to pay because work I paid for was separate.
Absolutely atrocious customer service!!!

Worst costumer service ever. My bike turned off and they were «fixing» it for three days. In the end, they told me it was the battery. They charged me $ 280 dollars for changing the battery and the service. The day after I picked up my bike, it broke down again. I took it to a friend of mine that knows about bikes and he took a look at it and told me what was wrong with it and how to fix it. It had nothing to do with the battery. This place is overpriced and the guy that I talked to in there, Miguel, treated me like dirt and just cared about charging me for fixing the bike, when they obviously barely looked at it. If you can go anywhere else, you’re probably better off. If you go to this place there’s a high chance that you will only waste your money and will have to go somewhere else after.

service sucks, not only in the first floor with the bikes… 2nd floor they have accessories, helmets, jackets, etc… they dont even ask u what u need… that guy Carlos worst salesman ever… dont go to that place…

had a warranty replacement done on an axle for my 2010 honda big red. Oscar was the service rep. A+ service, was able to get it done in a day for me and he kept me updated throughout the day. gables has treated me well for the past few years. ive purchased 2 jetskis, 2 motorcycles, and 1 UTV from them so far.

Worst customer service ever. We bought a honda moped there and took it back for its first oil change. They charged us $ 100 for picking up and delivery. They kept our moped for TWO WEEKS, then when they finally decided to return it, they called and said they would be here in 30 minutes. Well more than TWO HOURS LATER, their driver showed up. WORST SERVICE EVER.
Their service is so bad so that they keep lying to you. They are terrible, very unprofessional.

This place gets 2 stars only because of a manager named Lee, otherwise it’d be 1 star.
Purchased a used motorcycle. All the paperwork, sales data, tag info, etc is submitted. The floor, sales, and general managers all approve of the bike being sold. It’s set to be delivered the next day.
I call the next day to confirm, and I get put on hold; I’m then told the bike was in fact sold the day prior to when I purchased it (and not a single person knew), but that I could purchase a new bike for an additional 25% on top of what I already paid. Shady business to say the least.
I spoke with Lee, who agreed to a price I had set for a new bike after a little coercing.
Would I buy from them again? Probably not; there’s enough shadiness in this city without my supporting it.

I met some really nice salesmen.
Always a plus: when the salesmen are NOT perched on the stoop, like Hitchcock birds ready to attack.
My dad has bought a Honda or two from this store before and was pleased.
I’ve dropped in recently as a volunteer for THE RIDE FOR KIDS.
Nigel, the sales manager was very nice, interested and supportive.
It’s always great to meet people immersed into the motorcycle world, not just someone who owns a bike.
