Mr. L.

Manager

Mr. Lan is the head chef at First Hong Kong Café. He has completed extensive training and time at the Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong. He uses traditional Chinese recipes from Hong Kong, and can tailor your dish to any specifications you need.
