At this point I have been standing in line for 30 mins with one person running the show. None of us have been acknowledged and in between phone calls clerk seems to wander off into the service bay for a chat with co-​workers.
You would think with the amount of people both in line and already served in the waiting area this place would have more than one clerk.
My suggestion if you have to come here is get here early or go somewhere else. Emphasis on the latter.
