POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid for a service to find out they did not complete the job. Originally I paid for my rims and lug-​nuts to be painted, they said my car would be done within 3 days. I have two children so it was tough not having a car for 3 days– on the 3^rd day, they said it was still not completed and they would need it another 2 days. On the 5^th day, I went to pick up my car to find out they still had not completed the service. After talking with the manager, he said they would complete the service that day. Once I received my car back I noticed the job was not complete– they had failed to paint the lug nuts correctly. I then returned my car and they had it for another 4 days. I called the day before to check on the status and they put me on hold for 15 minutes to tell me they would call me back– they never did. So I went in the next day to pick up my car to find out they did not even start on my car. I requested to speak with the owner as this is not right, I pay for something and did not receive what I paid for– Frankly, this feels like they are stealing from me. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Had my poor baby vandalized. Brought my car in Fine Line as they were a Progressive shop and turned my frown upside down. I was in and out in a rental vehicle while they operated on my car for a couple of days. The service was friendly and the repairs were completed earlier then estimated completion day they told me. I recommend anyone with an injured baby to bring their vehicles here for surgery.

Great staff these guys fixed my tahoe when I got rear ended, job looks great and professional. Going back to do some touch ups on the house and dent removal at a great price… Thanks to the staff…
