Business Owner

Enrique Ferrer is the founder and managing partner of Ferrer Shane. Mr. Ferrer oversees all aspects of the firm’s business including all of its various practice areas. Mr. Ferrer is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court as well as all courts in and for the State of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Ferrer is a second generation Cuban-​American, a Miami native, and a graduate of Christopher Columbus High School. Mr. Ferrer received his law degree from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, where he graduated cum laude, and his undergraduate degree from Florida International University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in political science and a minor in economics, also having graduated cum laude. Mr. Ferrer is also currently a member of the Dade County Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association, the Miami-​Dade Justice Association, and the American Association for Justice.

My ticket: Dismissed! I like winning sometimes! Thank you. I posted this in my FB page as well; I will call on you again. Happy holidays.
March 15th I had a motorcycle accident caused by a careless driver who decided to turn onto the opposite traffic; I do not think he saw my Vespa; I did no hit the car but breaking turned into a fall. I broke my wrist and leg and I am still recuperating from two surgeries. Mt. Ferrer represented me in court and he got my ticket dismissed. Thank you one more time!!!

I don’t get to post many five star reviews (actually, I never have), but I am more than happy to do one for Ferrer Shane. I had very low expectations of success on my two infractions, a ridiculous RIGHT TURN red light camera ticket in Aventura and a speeding ticket in Miami Beach. When the red light ticket first got dismissed, I was already impressed, but when Enrique Ferrer actually emailed me directly (nice touch) to let me know the speeding ticket was also dismissed, I became a customer for life. I have not stopped recommending Ferrer Shane to anyone who has been victimized by the local revenue, née governmental, authorities…

Enrique took time to send me a private message and than explained me the situation when I called his office. I have to say that even though I didn’t get 100% the result I was looking for (anyway I had my point dismissed and I don’t have to attend traffic school), it’s not his fault and the treatment I received deserves the 5*.
