FemCare OB-GYN

The doctor was very thorough — however be wary of their billing. I went in for an annual exam which is supposed to be covered by insurance and they billed me for my annual exam AND a separate visit. When I called to find out why I was double billed for one visit, the billing specialist was very rude and all she could say was that «that is how it was documented by the doctor». I’ll be on the lookout for an office that cares about their patients and isn’t in it for the money.

I had a good experience with the doctor but the front desk staff is very rude. Overall, I would not visit them again cause I would prefer a more warm and supportive team.

I do not look forward to my annual check up. I was looking for a woman OB GYN for a while and kept on seeing real bad reviews, or some weren’t taking new members. I took a risk and went to see Dr. Teri Benn even though i didn’t know much about her but they seem great when I called and I had to just get it done. Other OB GYN where asking for Credit card information just to make an appointment for annual check up!!!
Anyway, they gave me an appointment within the same week, place looked great, clean an Homie, front desk receptionist was nice and quick. I couldn’t believe when they called me in within 10 minutes of my arrival, i was expecting to wait 45 min. Dr. Ben was young, and very helpful. Made me feel totally comfortable and I was out of there withing 30 minutes from beginning to end. I asked everything i wanted to ask and never felt like she was rushing me which is great.
I’m not a big Unilocaler at all but people need to know when someone can really make things simple for you. Cant believe she has no review here. So that’s why im taking my time to write this review. Hope it helps some one out there since Im sure not everyone loves Pap smears.
