Falls Auto Collision Center

The people at Falls Auto Collision Center were amazing. They took care of me from start to finish no hassels and they did a great job. Got the car done on time and I could not be happier. thank you guys I hope I never see you again. Lol

I would recommend this place. Used then to make a claim with my insurance company and they were quick and efficient. I appreciated the professionalism.

I had a small collision to my car and live south of Miami near Palmetto Bay/​Falls area. I found Falls Auto Collision by using Unilocal and it was a great decision to use them. Easy to find, close to home, and Robert and crew were great. Time for repair was accurate, work was excellent and experience could not have been better. Any issue I had was quickly addressed and corrected to my taste and I can be picky. Ricky also is a great guy and is very responsible in reviewing your car before and after the repair. Open a short time on Saturday helped as well. I highly recommend and recommend to my friends and use them again. They deal real well with insurance companies and rental car business, so they take the worries and difficulties away.

This is a great place. I’ve unfortunately had my parked car hit twice and was rear ended while at a stop. This is over a 6 year period and in all cases I’ve used this shop.
Very nice staff and beyond that they do excellent work. My car suffered some significant damage in once accident and unless you looked up my carfax. To this day you’d have no idea.

They have a very good painter, not such a good bumper guy.
They did a perfect job of fixing the rear bumper of my mom’s caddy a few years back, which was just a replacing a paint.
This time they did an okay job fixing the bumper of her caddy. They tried to actually heat and bend the bumper back into place. It didn’t come out perfect.
If you need something replaced or some paintwork I would com back, they are quick and fair priced, but if you need actual body work, I might try somewhere else.
