Unfortunately the restaurant was not able to develop a loyal clientele. People didin’t appreciate the great gourmet food that was served with great service. It was forced to close it’s doors. What a shame, finally got a really great Italian place with an Italian top class chef and it’s gone now!!!

This dinner I had a taste of three different dishes(no they were not all for me). The best one was the seafood rissotto, although a bit salty the seafood was generous. Then their was the gnocchi very good. Last but least the chicken in a red tomato sauce was tasteless. The house wine was bland and the bread served prior to dinner was disappointing. Will not be back to this one. I did love the attitude of the waitress very attentive and kind.

Everyone there is very nice and tries to be accommodating. The problem is there is no consistency in the quality of the food served. Sometimes it’s delicious and other times its mediocre. I was so impressed the first time I went but each time has been less and less impressive. I’m not sure I will be back.

Absolutely great food! I love coming to a family owned business where they treat you as a friend. Their TENEREZZASFIZIOSA(cheese soufflé) is sooooo good! I could just go and eat that! I had the Risotto which was great and my husband had the Papardelle w/Smoked Salmon also delicious. I must say their bread that they serve is addicting, they drizzle what taste like a garlic infused olive oil on it. I will definitely be returning soon!

The service was good; however, it took forever to get our food. The wine selection is good and the prices are even better. The place opened 8 months ago and it is cute and cozy. I will go back just because the quality of food was worth the wait. The deserts were yummie and overall it wasn’t bad. Do not go in thinking you are at olive gardens that the portions are huge, the portions are perfect and tasty. I had the four cheese pasta and my friend had the mushroom stuffed raviolis.

Ive been to Sardinia, raised in an italian American family, always stayed away from Italian restaurants in Miami. When I moved down here ten years ago I was a regular fixture at Martoranos. I loved Randazzos and love that cross over italian american food that both of those restaurants brought to South Florida, ike so many in NY. Felidia’s in NYC was and still is one of my favorites for authentic Italian food. Now I can add Faddas to that list. Im not name dropping to impress, Im doing it as a comparison of quality skill and passion of the chef. Try anything you cant go wrong here. My favorite is the Carbonara. The portions are huge, their prices are low. Everything from their bread to desert is delicious. I never would have thought you would find a restaurant of this quality in Kendall

A very nicely decorate restaurant. Great atmosphere. We got a wonderful octopus cerviche. Started the meal off perfectly. I ordered a veal chop. It came out with no sauce and was very dry and over done. My grandson had the kids pasta and meatballs. Note: the meatballs aren’t like normal italian meatballs with redsauce but more like falafel balls made out of meat. Wasn’t a big hit with him. The prices were WAY too high for the quality of food and the location. Also, of the 2 servers working that night, one didn’t speak enough english to take our order — go figure — non english speaking server in an italian restaurant.

If there’s better Italian food in Miami, I haven’t found it. When you walk in, you truly feel like you’ve walked into a special place. The ambiance was very relaxing. The owner/chef, Andrea and his wife both greeted when I came in. Sat at the bar and spoke with her for quite some time about the differences between Americanized Italian food and authentic Italian and about the island Sardinia, which is where they were from. Apparently Andrea had been training since 14 to be a chef and it shows in the quality of every dish he serves. I ordered the lasagna which was served with a ciabatta type bread. And let me say it was a revelation. Hands down the best lasagna I’ve ever had. It was big enough to feed 2 people, however I didn’t give anyone a chance. The staff was very friendly and constantly kept checking up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Our conversation turned to desert and after hearing about the Tiramisu, I knew I had to try it. I took the first bite and sat there for a moment. Unbelievable, so fresh and moist it tasted like it was made and immediately brought to me. Between the quality of the food, great setting, attentive staff and owner/chef this is hands down my new favorite Italian restaurant. This is a Gables/Miami Beach quality restaurant in West Kendall.

After having lived in Italy for close to three years and being of Italian heritage, I have yearned finding something that was remotely similar to the taste I had experienced in Italy. For the first time, after having tried too many restaurants all over Miami, I have finally found the closest thing. Fadda’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar is the best choice for Sardinian(Italian) cuisine in Miami. Chef Andrea conserves his amazing taste, tradition, and culinary perfection only known within Italy. His wife, Kiri, is his right hand while offering great service and ambiance. I would recommend everyone visit Fadda’s at least once. If you’ve lived in Italy, it’ll take you back to your favorite meal while enjoying the«dolce vita» and if you haven’t, it’ll make you dream of your next trip! Complimenti Andrea e Kiri, avete creato un posto unico a Miami!

Authentic Italian — Sardinian, to be precise. The Pecorino cheese soufflé was amazing! It was flavorful and light. The pasta is freshly made in house everyday. I had linguine carbonara and it was one of the best I have ever had. My husband had a seafood stew that was chock-full of some beautiful looking seafood that included clams, mussels, lobster and fish. It was fresh and delicious! Afterwords, the chef came out and asked us how everything was! Now that is attention! You can’t beat Fadda’s for high quality cuisine at very reasonable prices!

Pure authentic Italian! Prices are low and have a great variety of dishes, all made from scratch. The place is very romantic and cozy. Service is very attentive! Don’t waste your time driving to South Beach for real Italian, this place is right here hidden in Kendall !!!

Another hidden gem nestled in an everyday strip mall. Our Italian-born friend Constantino raved about this establishment. He claimed that it was true Italian homemade cuisine that reminded him of home. Constantino did not lie. Appetizer — an incredible presentation of cheese soufflé(shaped like a flan) on a bed of delicious mushroom decorated with fresh rosemary and Parmesan cheese on the edges. You must have this!!! Pasta Entrees — Made to order Lasagna and Cannelloni stuffed with spinach and ricotta in a red gravy(sauce). Perfect! Dessert — of course Tiramisu… just right! Wine — a bottle Rossa Grotta from Sardinia. All of the above for less $ 100. This looks like a husband and wife operation. You can tell they are putting their life and soul into their restaurant. Every bite, every aroma proves it! The rest of the menu contained a wide array of chicken, beef and seafood dishes. Check it out. We will be back!
