The flavors are not natural or fresh. The pistachio literally tasted like jello pistachio. The chocolate was meh. Not anywhere near here but if you try chill-​n nitrogen ice cream you really won’t be able to palate this ice cream. Three stars because they were fast and the location is a nice little oasis.

This place is AWESOME!!! The process is cool, the taste is out of this world and extremely on point. Fresh taste and is incredibly delicious. My first time coming here and boy I definitely dont regret it. Price is worth the taste. U definitely pay for QUALITY in this place. I dont mean it in a negative way at all when I say QUALITY. Extremely cozy and a definite spot for a date with that significant other or special someone u fancy. I wish I had these by my house. Go.

The ice cream chefs are friendly. My first time there. They make ice cream to order. From vegan, lactose free to gluten free. I was a little skeptical it wouldn’t taste good. But it tasted really good.

So in love with this place !
First off, the location is great! However PARKING is limited! The area has a great atmosphere and very laid back. The guy who made our ice cream was very nice and we did not end up having to pay extra with the groupon.
I highly recommend the Nutella ice cream mixed with brownies! The ice cream itself is so creamy and delicious. It is also awesome seeing the Nitrogen and the whole process of how the ice cream is made. The place itself is very clean and updated.
It is very nice to sit out side during the evening. I would highly recommend visiting!

What a lovely ice cream shop! We love the concept of using nitrogen to create customized, fresh ice cream. Super creamy and delicious result and each flavor option also comes in a vegan, nondairy alternative. The dulce de leche with nutella and waffle cone was outstanding; it was not cloyingly sweet at all. There are two levels of ice cream, regular and premium. For the extra money, premium is worth it. We’ll be back!

So deliciously creamy and just plain good. Made for you on the spot with your choice of flavor and mix-​ins. I chose coffee ice cream with oreo and chocolate chips. AMAZING. While the ice cream is perfect, the interior of F27 could use a little sprucing up. It just seemed bare-​bones and lacking. Ambiance is important, too!

The best ice cream in town!!! It is the freshest and creamiest I have ever had. They do it for you at the moment right in front of you. So many flavor options!
I end up having the cookies and cream one and it was great. But I’m definitely coming back for more.
I also love the location, Ironside, it’s a little gem in the middle of Miami right of Biscayne blvd
