Ez4u Services is a user friendly system designed to provide clients and members with a reliable personal assistance service. It was built through a period of 10 years and it has been transforming itself to provide access to over 120 services that focus on two main categories: Personal Services and Property Care Services.

Our idea is to provide a 1 on 1 assistance all the time, avoiding technological apps or fancy websites that will never replace the trust you can put on a real person. That personal assistance will be able to provide services for his/​her clients and for their properties. From house keeping, wash and fold services to handymen, repairs and roofing all the way to corporate residential solutions such as parking assistance, task runners or even travel planning and restaurant reservations.

A complete lest of services my be accessed through our website or brochures, but at any given time, clients and members may directly call John, Maria or George or however is called his personal assistant assigned to his account.

Our system uses a broad pool of service provider for each category, which allow us to have many options that will generate a fair bid for every service along with a reliable list of reviews of each individual.

History

Established in 2002.

What started as a project in college turned into a real business for Andres, company’s Founder. He came up with a concept that would provide a personalized service that was only reserved for VIP’s and people that could actually afford such thing.

By sharing a personal assistant among several users, and distributing the dedicated time spent with each one of them, all clients were able to have their tasks and services, scheduled, monitored and paid directly by a single company.

The concept was redesigned on 2012 adding several technological features, but continuing to keep real people taking care of the clients. This allow us to offer ourselves as a real personal assistance service for specific solutions on two main areas: Personal services (travel planning, nightlife reservations, baby siting, car wash, wash and fold services, etc) and Services for Properties (Maintenance, repair and remodeling).

A Colombian native, born on 1979 and graduated from High School on 1997. Then obtained a degree on Marketing & International Business Double Major from Florida International University.

A natural entrepreneur and marketing enthusiast, that likes to apply the latest tendencies and trends to a personal assistance tools called Ez4u Services.
