This was my first visit. The staff and the doctor were all very attentive and caring to my needs. I was given an appointment for the next day and was seen promptly. The doctor was able to help me in my emergency by also giving me sample contact lenses. I will become a permanent patient.

Very pleased with my overall experience here! Went for my general exam (I found them through my provider). I was looking for something convenient in the Brickell area. This was super convenient because it’s located in an apartment building away from the crazy traffic with plenty of free parking! I also appreciate that they have late night hours because I typically don’t get out of work until after 6pm so it definitely helps. When I got there the staff and doctor had a very pleasant demeanor, were very accommodating and patient to help me pick out my new gorgeous Gucci lenses that I love! I appreciate their attention to detail as well. I’ll definitely continue going here in the future! Thanks!

I was surfing the Internet, looking for eye doctors to go for a «regular» eye exam. I called a couple places but was immediately turned off by the receptionist tone of voice! The office was very close to my office and home, so very convenient! The location is also pretty centralized. The doctor has numerous locations so if this location is not convenient you have a few more options. Customer service is important to me… when I contacted Eyes on Brickell, I spoke to a girl by the name of Diana. She was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. She was also at tentative and answered all my questions regarding the appointment, location and most importantly insurance and benefits. I was able to get an appointment that same week. The hours of operation are excellent catering for the working peeps! the wait time was short and Dr. Copy was awesome. He was also very friendly, knowledgable, thorough and pleasant. He made sure an explain all procedures and results. He made me feel very comfortable that I was able to ask my questions. I recommend Eyes on Brickell with ten stars

Best kept secret in Brickell! If your looking for glass, contacts or just an eye exam, look No further than Eyes on brickell! Dr copty and his staff took his time explaining everything. There prices are amazing And totally recommend this optical!

Amazing optic store located conveniently in Brickell. Went to get an eye exam with Dr. Copty and it exceeded my expectations. Got my contacts right away and also really liked the selection of sunglasses they offered (ended up buying 2!). Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. was very condescending to both me and his staff. He charged me co-​pays for both my health insurance and my vision insurance due to the fact that I had a cyst on my eye which I’ve had for years. (He never billed either insurance after 12 months so I have no way of knowing if I was actually supposed to pay double co-​pay.)
He saw another patient while I was trying on my contacts and made me wait a very long time to finish my appointment.
He was so rude that I never went back for my follow up.

Dr. Copty is officially our new and beloved family eye doctor. Having worked for years for a retinal specialist, I am very picky. Within a mile of our home, location was the big reason we chose to visit this office. Insurance covered our general visit and we paid for contact fittings out of pocket. Ultimately, we even ordered contacts through him because his prices are competitive with what you can order from the least expensive websites. He is kind, thorough, and communicative. He will offer you many options, and lets you choose without pressure. Choosing a doctor based on parking is silly, but I will address this because of previous reviews: I greatly appreciate the convenience and safety of their parking. Not to mention that it’s free. The office is small but efficient.

Not sure why people struggled with getting past the gate – we had no trouble. Dr. Copty has a really friendly staff and he is generous with his time. Unlike so many Miami practices, he didn’t try to up sell me and convince me of getting costly procedures I didn’t need. He’s a rarity in this town and highly recommended.

Came in last week because I lost my glasses while traveling to Miami. Dr. Copy examined me and his assistant Diana helped me find a pair of stylish Ray-​Bands. They gave me a special on the frames and lenses and even made them for me the next morning. Losing my glasses sucked but the staff at Eyes on Brickell were fantastic and even gave me a pair of trial contact to hold me over. Thank you so much for everything! I definitely recommend this office to anybody who needs contacts or glasses. Great Service! Thanks again!

Dr. Copty is the best! He is sooo patience and supportive. I was not sure about using contact lenses, but I really wanted to. He helped me choose the right ones, let me tried several different ones, until I found what I was looking for.
The experience was great as per the customer service and prescriptions needed covered.

The reason I booked my appointment with Eyes on Brickell was that they were open on Saturday, and 5 mins from my place in the Roads, read: CONVENIENT. I was the first appointment of the day at 10:30am. Initially, it was a little confusing because it is located in a residential building so I thought google maps had steered me wrong. I called the office and the woman who answered the phone assured me I was in the right place and gave me very helpful instructions on how to get in and where to park. Parking was easy and ample, which is a big deal on Brickell. I didn’t have to pay for parking either, another major plus. I walked right in and found the modern, bright and welcoming office. Diana, the woman I spoke with on the phone checked me in and as a first time patient had me fill out a few forms and gave me the eye pressure test. As we were wrapping up with that Dr. Copty arrived. He is very personable, and I felt immediately comfortable, as if he was a long time friend. I could tell that he was not only passionate about his profession but also his business. I run a small business so I picked up on his entrepreneurial traits: attention to detail, customer satisfaction and openness to feedback. Once my eye exam was complete, I learned that I needed glasses for the first time in my life. Diana was very helpful and patient with me while I literally tried on every pair in the office. My insurance covered the eye exam, and lenses but it was very minimal. After taking the time to compare what my insurance would cover vs. retail it turned out to be cheaper not to go through my insurance. They even gave me an additional discount!
Overall, I was very pleased with my visit to Eyes on Brickell. The customer service was great which is rare to experience in Miami. Dr. Copty was knowledgeable, attentive, answered all my naïve questions about my new experience to needing glasses as an adult. I never once felt as if he was annoyed or had something better to do while he was helping me, like I have in the past with other doctors.
I highly recommend them! In fact, I have to my roommate who has already has gone in to see them. As well as my parents who came with me on a follow up visit.

Last month I was going to Las Vegas and in need of a new pair of sunglasses. I found the exact ones that i wanted in Dr Copty’s office via a catalog. He immediately called his Ray Ban rep and got an ETA on the glasses. He not only kept me updated regarding the status of delivery, he offered me loaner glasses to take with me on vacation if the ones I wanted weren’t in on time– now that is service!

Dr. Copty is one in a million. Always takes care of my daughter’s vision and mommy’s pocket. As a patient myself, I have to say that his mannerisms are that of a true professional with a feel of a family member. Love him and his staff!!! I love how special they make us feel. Thank you all!

Dr. Copty is an extremely knowledgeable and patient focused physician. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of time he spent with me during my exam. I highly recommend Dr. Antoine Copty.

I went there last month with my father who was visiting from Uruguay and we were extremely impress by Doctor Copty professionalism and dedication to me and my father. His staff helped me decide with the frame of my glasses and I couldn’t have been happier we got the glasses in less than 3 days and he even treated my father’s eye infection. The equipment and the office is excellent! I will definitely go back and Dr. Copty is extremely nice and a really good doc.

first, we couldn’t get into the building. their phone line was down and the call Box at the entrance couldn’t connect to the office. I called by my cell phone and couldn’t reach them for 20 minutes. they didn’t believe us that their phone wasn’t working.
dr. copty is a complete sleazy salesman. they are super pushy in trying to make you buy glasses or sunglasses at their office. it’s literally worse than going to a car dealer.
he over charges and then claims it’s not his problem because your insurance should deal with it. he is the one who sets the prices of what he wants to charge patients, not the insurance company.
over priced, horrible tacky sales experience. don’t don’t don’t come here.

Nice staff. Aside from that, not worth the effort or time.
The store is located in a residential condo. So, you have to drive through security and get a parking pass before parking. Then, after you’ve parked, you have to call security via the intercom to buzz you into the actual building. Not a deal breaker but definitely not convenient.
The store is clean but small. It has a decent selection of eyewear. The staff, again, is nice. The doctor seemed knowledgable. He took time to speak with me and answer my questions. However, his service is slow. Unbearably slow.
My appointment was at 5 p.m. I didn’t leave until 6:35 p.m. I had an eye exam with dilation and a contact fitting. Such an exam has never taken more than forty-​five minutes before (eyes take twenty minutes to dilate). During the one hour and thirty-​five minutes, the doctor saw only one other patient. He saw me first – eye exam and contact fitting – and then dilated my eyes. I had waited about fifteen of the twenty minutes before the other patient arrived. Rather than letting me finish up my appointment, he saw the other patient. Then I waited and waited and waited. No apologies. No explanation. Just a lot of waiting.
Nice. But not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor, save yourself an hour and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
